This location is poorly managed beyond imagination. The employees are rude and the food takes a ridiculous amount of time to be served.We went through the drive through today with only one car in front of us. We ordered burgers only and waited 19 minutes for the food.The shocker was when the manager walked over and said “you got doubles right?” She literally tossed the bag at my husband and walked away.Fortunately for this Wendy’s, they are the only drive-thru on this base because if anyone ever opens another option I have a feeling that this location could not treat customers like this and stay in business!

Freshest 4 for 4 I've ever had! You can hop the fence to get there, but it's much easier to just offer the guard a bite of your baconator in exchange for access. Pro tip: he doesn't like tomato

Would love to see the coke machines in the dining area fixed, they're always out of syrup, out of ice, and broken.Workers are always nice in the drive thru. It's a Wendy's.

Delivery at wendys.com routed me to this wendys allegedly but delivery people are not allowed there. I cancelled the order. At least I was not charged for a service not received at all. It also might be closed on Sundays but who knows? It might be like the Georgia Ave store and never answer the phone.

I went through something that sounds made up...but it definitely was real. I never got money for missing dr peppers but at a different location. There was even a new location made on a base supposedly that I write about Walter Reed in Bethesda that was closer but did not deliver as they claimed to. The app stopped being supported by wendys for my older phone too. The wait time was over an hour each time I called. managers never responded to voicemail. The food is good though I seem not allowed to enjoy it anymore.

Went here for breakfast, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious. On par if not better than anything you can get at a GOOD McDonald's. Service was quick and my order was right. Def recommend.

Walked here from the Metro because my sugar was dropping and this was closest. It is on locked government property and NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. Don't waste your time, especially if your reading depends on it.

Restaurant seemed clean and food was okay. Employees at the register were friendly. Employees in the kitchen moved very slowly to fill orders. I would recommend the cafes on base based on cost and time.
Used their website to order curbside pickup without any issues or notifications that the location wasn't open. After getting there, found out they were "closed for maintenance". Two other customers were also trying to pick up food without any luck. Since Wendy's was nice enough to charge my card prior to pick up, I knocked on the window and spoke to an employee to refund the purchase. They stated they couldn't help and provided a phone number to their "manager". No answer of course so I left a message and explained the problem, leaving my phone number. After three days, no return phone call. Also sent a message through customer service that day explaining the problem and even provided the order number. No response. Card is still charged. Disappointed in Wendy's.
