I've done takeout from the location several times, with no problem. Tonight I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 10 piece, bone in, all flats, crispy flavor: hot bar b q with celery. Unusually, they show you your order prior to bagging; this didn't happen but I wouldn't have expected to not have what I Ordered. What I received was 10 pieces reg barbecue all flat not crispy with carrots. Although is the closest location to my home I'll try the other Bowie location on Annapolis Rd.

I went to the location on Crain Hwy and there was a gentleman in there named Sarkar who had outstanding customer service. This place literally is America's "Best" Wings location ?

Came in during the snow storm .. Sarkar the manager was super polite and customer friendly.. the food was awesome definitely the best location in MD!
Huge selection of wing flavors. However wings are hit or miss. Sometime large, well cooked and saucy. Other time... small, dry and overcooked as if they were left overs .

I ordered on Friday a grilled chicken sub that came with fries and a fish and grilled shrimp platter with crab sticks. The sub was the only thing decent. The fries were overcooked and lack any flavor, and the fish was a greasy soapy mess, the shrimps were overcooked and tough, and crab sticks were over fried and extremely hard. The experience made a force stay in due to an injury, undesirable and hurt feelings. The delivery was timely and driver was very nice, thank you Dina!!
