great food, great host,great waiter,bartender was so helpful when waiter got overwhelmed,the manager today needs better mod personality learn to smile and say you're welcome skills, my concern was handicap access, the ramp perfect, but I needed to move chairs and a table and it's no bath stall to fit wheelchair, the person in the wheelchair, and the person helping the person in the wheelchair without leaving the stall door open ,totally unacceptable

I am reviewing this for April 5, 2024. This is absolutely not a good place to enjoy a meal. More of a bar hangout like someone said. We waited over 5 minutes to be seated. No people there.. About 6:30 pm. The server came and took our order. Brought a Ceasars salad we didn't order. She never came back about 17 minutes later our food came. My quesadilla had no cheese in them. The server kept running around and barely stopped to check to see if our food was ok. I finally caught her and asked her what happened to my food. She said oh it should have cheese in there. She never addressed the problem. 20 minutes later I got up to find a manager and she walked by me. I asked if they were gonna remake or remove the meal. She said oh I'll tell my manager. She said my manager will remove it. Then I visited the ladies restroom. Pictures below. This place will not see me the quality has gone down since 6 years ago. I don't recommend.

I was walking in and another patron was walking out and they whispered, " don't do it". I should have listened. It's more of a bar atmosphere then a dining experience. The activity at the bar was so loud that it did not give off a family friendly atmosphere. The food was so so nothing stood out. The server was pleasant.

It’s probably the last time I dine in at this location. Many everyone had an attitude. I saw one of the young woman roll her eyes at me. She was on her phone a lot. Customers came in and she would look at them and stay on her phone. She didn’t get up until she saw her manager walk out. The food was absolutely disgusting, the drinks weren’t the best. Service took two hours and food was still cold and way overcooked. The waiters don’t even check up on you. This location is HORRIBLE. Another waiter was also on the phone with someone near us and cursing and complaining on how people kept coming and how everyone was complaining like ?? duh it’s a restaurant and yes, people are going to complain if you don’t act like you care about your job just a little. Also there was a piece of hair in the food but we didn’t want to continue complaining because of the way every worker made us feel like a burden to them.

It wasn't Karaoke night, but I was singing along with every bite. The food was prepared as requested and priced well. The atmosphere was lively and family friendly. I've lived nearby for four years and this was my first visit. I plan to return.I do wish service was faster. The restaurant was not crowded, yet there were significant gaps in between when we seated and ordered and when we ordered and when our food arrived. Maybe it was because we were a party of six and the server also had another group of similar size. Nevertheless, he was polite and checked in with us.

We first walk in no one greeted us just looking at us.. while other customers felt the same way. Because we are looking at each other like ?Then we get seated and no word out of her mouth not one.Then our waiter comes he was nice but he looked lost. They did have several of people working but standing around.Place our order and waited. They were not busy at all. 12:30 pm.As I sat there wishing I didn’t come there. A couple walked out because it took so long for the waiter to address them. Sad. ? and when another person worker said something to him he just smiled. And the other two left. Didn’t even ask them were they okay. I heard several people complain to each other on how they were greeted.I can see if you guys are busy but you guys were not. Food was fair. Customer service suck.Now our waited was nice when he came to our table but the others a hot mess.
This restaurant is SO DIRTY , you can see mold and dust all over the ceiling. Walls were covered in food and gunk. Only 2 servers on with at least 11 tables each. Extremely rude and unprofessional hosts. Server sat extremely hot plates in front of my 2 & 4 year old , didn’t even mention they were hot, realized when my daughter burnt herself. The bar crowd in here was obnoxious and rude cussing up a storm with families trying to just sit and eat. 0/10 will never go back.

This place was great. The double crunch wings were delectable. I love a good bone-in wing. The service was really good. The only thing which did not affect me but happened was there was no bartender and it was a Sunday afternoon soooo ?. Overall a 9.5 out of 10.Parking: Parking was excellent.
