I have visited this BR several times this summer and requested the Unicorn Kids Ice cream and on several occasions including today the manager has said that there are no unicorn cups and that it becomes unicorn when we add sprinkles and that increases the price by $1.00. Yet that is not what the menu shows. I’m over the Bowie, MD Hall Rd store.The menu clearly shows 3 different kid themed cups and this is the BR web description: The three lovable creatures, a Unicorn, Mermaid and Monster, cross over from their magical world into Baskin-Robbins shops through playful cup designs, an edible white chocolate topper and a colorful explosion of sprinkles.

Only this drive-thru is open at 7:30 pm when the store post being open until 9:00 p.m. Also, this store does not post anywhere the supposedly 31 flavors of ice cream available. That's the least they could do for charging $4.50 for one scoop!

customer service zero stars went in to pick up an order 2 weeks ago and even though i showed my phone and see the bag with the name on it , the lady couldnt figure it out ,and walked away !! yesterday i went to pu an order and waited 10 minutes before going in . theres like 6-7 people behind the counter and laughing & talking among themselves, asked for my order and it had not been started . showed my phone and the kid is clueless and tells me " he just got there ." i waited another 10 minutes as he moved at the pass of a turtle . no apology, no words , just hands me the bag without saying a word . ill never come back here again .

My worst experience at this store!
I notice servers wasn’t wearing mask.not so okay! Been going there for months and I’ve never experienced such sloppy service. 2 servers without masks talking over ice cream/buckets in freezer, serving soft top ice creams, have to be told many times “that’s too soft” now cashing out. Female obviously can’t do maths, counting money for almost 3-5 minutes can’t seem to get the change right.
Then got an attitude, when told my change is $2 and the other server shouted we been here since the morning shift!
Overworked employees give bad service Baskin Robbins!

Aside from the food and ice cream being great per usual, I don't like when people are put in positions they don't qualify for at all. This Dunkin is shared with a Baskin Robbins. I get the same 2 orders on & off. Either a Cinnamon Raisin bagel bacon, egg, & cheese with hash browns or a mango banana smoothie from the Baskin Robbins side. This is my second time having the same problem with the cashiers. First time , my total was $10.37 . I handed the woman a $20.00 bill and $0.37 . If I have large bills I always use this method to prevent getting coins back. I wanted all bills back. She gave me $5.00 back and some coins. I didn't bother to count the coins because I knew regardless it was wrong. I explained to her how much I should've got back 3 times and she finally gave me all bills. Second incident was today . I ordered a mango banana smoothie and my total was $6.35. I gave the woman a debit card and $0.35 . All cashiers know if you are given two forms of payment. You deposit the cash/coins FIRST and THEN you charge the card. The woman ran my card and gave me the coins back. I was heated because why would you blatantly ignore my $0.35 ? I asked her why would she do that and she responded and said "there's money on the card". Unbelievable....Money is money. That $0.35 was given to you for A REASON. You don't just grow a brain and decide to do what you want with someones money. What if all I had in my bank account was $6.00 and that's why I gave you $0.35 in change ? Now my bank account is overdrawn etc. That is wrong to do on so many levels. Idk if I can trust this location. Just please pay attention to your bill and your payment when coming to this location Dunkin/Baskin Robbins.

I went to the bathroom first and it deterred me fromwanting anything. If they clean the bathroom like this, just imagine the care in cleaning they put into the kitchen. Gross ?

Terrible terrible customer service. It amazes me how awful the staff was. Iced coffee was disgusting & breakfast sandwich had a cold slice of cheese slapped on it. Girl at the window kept rolling her eyes and acting as if we were annoying her. It was a joke to say the least. I would rather eat a Jean jacket that to spend a dime at this location!

Ok, help me to understand how Dunkin could run out of Donuts. Really? After waiting to order at the drive thru, the guy let us know they were out. Seems like a major fail to me. (The folks there are always rude.)

I have used this restaurant (or whatever it is) many times and have usually enjoyed both the food and service. The ice tea, milkshakes, smoothies and other beverages are top notch. The bagels are okay but not necessarily fresh. The donuts are very good. The service has always been quick and courteous. I recommend this place. I have never tried the coffee though as I brew my own at home.
dunkin popping bubbles are trash they suck so much there literally dog water. i would rather stuff my face with dog p*** than drink this nasty crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
