I have taken my family to this location a handful of times in the past, I will say the food and drinks are always good.The reason for the 2 star review, is because on our latest visit on 3.15.24 there was complete breakdown of service and communication. Being Friday night we knew going in there would be some delay in service but we were not expecting what happened.We were seated, along with two other parties with minimal wait (<5 mins) and the hostess was friendly. I noticed there was a large party (looked like a graduation party) so I knew we may get slower than usual service which is perfectly ok.What ended up happening and what was entirely disappointing was the lack of communication or service. Period. Myself along with the two other parties sat there, unacknowledged for 15 mins. No one came by to say hello, no waters given, or anyone to even take any drinks. Zero wait staff. The other patrons and myself at our table were looking around and tried to get someone but no one seemed interested in coming over. After 15 minutes of waiting we just left and went somewhere else.The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because of the good experiences in the past. I understand being understaffed, and having a large party. This however does not excuse sitting 7 guests (unrelated, separate parties) in a section with no wait staff and having them be unattended or even not be acknowledged for 15-20 minutes.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT order the soba listed with the pasta dishes. It was unappetizing to look at and just barely edible, with way too much sweet/spicy sauce. But my server was wonderful and took it back to the kitchen for a second try (I requested less sauce). The second try was marginally better and someone had thought to add shredded carrot on top, which made it look better. I didn't want to be "that" customer so I ate what I could.

Went to Bjs today for a bite to eat and a drink. The atmosphere was great . My server chris was great and knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. The manager Timothy came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal and mane sure our order came out correctly. Me and my friend will be back. The Nachos are bomb!! Overall good place to go.

It was a Monday, so was not crowded, definitely seating. The service was really good, they were funny, friendly, and attentive. The drinks were okay, had plenty. We did learn something new about the margarita flights, could not change from casamigos to Tito's but that's small. Will be back, maybe on a busier day to vibe.

Terrible. It was bad from the very start. It’s super nice and so I was excited. But the waitress was horrible and the food service was horrible. Waitress wasn’t properly trained forgot straws, was super disorganized and rude. We ordered drinks and thins were missing in it. Food took forever. And when it did come out two of us had to change our order because apparently they weren’t serving it. And then later on someone else had to change our order because they wernt serving that either, they told us that even after everyone else got theirs. Food was mid. You can tell they were just being lazy. And I know it’s st.Patrick’s day today but it was literally almost empty so I don’t understand. So yeah don’t come here.

I am sorry for this 3 week old review.Arrived and placed an order for the well done Stake and potato with cheese and the rice, breadWaited for about (15) for my food after I had to ask the waiter.Food came out Stake was not cooked to my request..still red - sent the stake back.I started eating on the rice and potato.*Rice was two different colors, and hard like the rice had been sitting under a light for an extended period of time.* Spoked with a male subject who appeared to be the manager wearing a very rinkled shirt. I told him I was pleased with the service.Waited for my new stake to return. 30 minutes had gone by and asked the waiter what happened. Waiter stated the manager was supposed to bring the stake back out.Manager came back to the table with the stake. I asked him are you going to give me another meal since my stake was so delayed. No response was given declined the stake, and the meal I wasn't charged forIf I could give a zero to this business I would.

Not much else to say, but that our experience was just ok…we were disappointed that ur server didn’t make much of an effort when it came to answering questions or getting simple requests like condiments. We asked about an appetizer and the mentioned asking to see if we could make a slight modification…we watched as they did a lap around the restaurant and didn’t speak to a soul, but were told that the modification wasn’t allowed. So, if you’re not going to order a couple of rounds of drinks and ave dietary restrictions maybe pass on this place.

Went in for a late dinner in the weekday about 2 hours before they closed. There was hardly anyone there. We sat the bar to order food and drinks. The bartender was so unfriendly. I kept having to ask him for simple things like silverware. He would stand at the other end of the bar socializing with what appeared to be his friends. For over 5 minutes he’d stand there talking when we needed service. When he decided to finally get our food, it was not only incorrect but cold. It was cold because he was standing around doing NOTHING. Then he had the audacity to blame the chef for setting my order wrong. When in reality, he was spacing out the entire time we were there. He didn’t even offer to fix my order and we waited long enough for it so I just ended up eating what was given to me since I was so hungry. Lastly, I had a coupon for my meal. I asked the bartender if he could apply it to my bill and he said he had to have his manager do it. I waited over 10 minutes for the manager to come and apply my coupon but I ended up getting too annoyed to wait any longer. Now my coupon is expired. I also had terrible service at the BJs in Laurel Maryland the last time I ate at BJs. I’m beginning to see a pattern of incompetencies at this restaurant. I don’t know why BJs would hire people like this, but the fact that they still work there astonishes me. Does BJs not have supervisors??? Do the supervisors not have eyes??? I won’t be eating here again.

Customer service is deplorable if you are not a bar fly. Waited about 12 min to be seated, and after another 15 min, I had to get a manager to get service. The people are very polite, just not focused. The food is ok , and there are lots of items to choose from. This is my 5th time trying to give them a chance to do better, but it is never going to happen. They have lost my business forever, I don't like my time and money taken without any good return on investment.
