Ordered the Egusi and fufu, I was eating so fast it was delicious!Fresh and just wonderful.Listened to Gospel music and enjoyed the meal!Wonderful woman brought me more to drink (me being pregnant ?? water was probably more for the baby than for me?), but still, how sweet!Tastes just like my Mama's so good, highly recommend!(Note: I ate so quickly. Taking a photo was an afterthought, so good!)

Suya is good with the jollof rice. The service they treat you like family. A lot of different options on the menu

The first time I ordered from here about 8 month ago, the food was hot and delicious. I ordered egusi soup and yam fufu and a side of jollof rice. I recently placed another other for the same items, and got collard greens instead of rice. As soon as I got home and unwrapped the fufu, I lost my appetite. It smelled disgusting and sour like it was very old and not fresh. I had to throw it away, and tried eating the egusi soup which was filled with oil and weird cuts of tripe, not the usual large chunks of goat meat (only about 2 pieces of goat). The only edible thing was the greens. For $30, very disappointed and will not be returning.

I tried the ghost pepper soup and fufu and they where bland………Not even worth the picture and it tasted old at least by 3 days.and very over cooked meat…..3months ago 1st time and probably last.Very over priced for quality and quantity.

A small place that sits at least 12 guests, but they have some space to set up one or two more tables that can sit 4 per table.I ate jollof rice with fried plantains, which was very nice though I would have loved it to be spicy. ?️

This is authentic African foods. The restaurant has an alternate menu of grilled and fried fish and chicken. Eru&Fufu, boiled and fried plantain, goat stew, cassava leaves&rice. Sides include spinach&collard mix, Jellof rice, black beans, Bobolo, and more options. The food choices I've had were seasoned well (grilled chicken, curry goat stew, fried Tilapia, French fries, and fried plantain.Check their website for more options if you order catering.Highly recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Stopped by this black owned business this past Saturday and wanted to try their macaroni and cheese but they had just sold out so I ordered white rice (which they consider a side whereas other restaurants just give it to you for free), collard greens which were very well seasoned and delicious...along with their version of chopped steak called Soya which I never heard of before but I wanted to try something new...although it had a nice spicy flavor, unfortunately, most of the Soya was tough and chewy...there were even pieces of pure fat that were totally inedible. I don't know if they need to tenderize the meat better or get a better cut of meat altogether but if thats how Soya is supposed to be, then I feel let down. To recap, I paid $25 for rice and collard greens which were very good and the portions were big enough for dinner the next day but I had to make some fried chicken because the Soya was tooooo tough causing my mouth to get tired from all the extra chewing!! I'll still go back and try other dishes...just not the Soya.

Oh my lord. I was desperately seeking Egusi and didn’t want to drive too far so I searched and found this diamond in the rough. I ended up ordering the Curry Goat Stew and decided to taste it in my car. WHY OH WHY did I do that. I ended up going back into the restaurant to enjoy my meal with a side of spinach and that truly delicious ginger and honey drink. And on top of that the lady (D) was very patient and kind when I asked 20 questions before I even decided to dine with them. Very nice vibes and I love that!I shall return next week and will be hiring them to cater my next event.Thank you Blessed Hands ??
