Although it looks like a walk up and order outside type of place, it's actually conveniently co-located with Sardis so there's booth seating available. Delicious ice cream flavors!

I went to this location during my lunch hour one day this week. It was during normal business hours, but there was no one available to assist me. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was frustrated. I drove 20 minutes to get there and no one was there! I went back to my car, waited a few more minutes before who I believe is the manager returned to the store. When I asked him why no one was there, he yelled at me, told me he went to the bank and don't jump on him about it!! I said sir, put yourself in my place. He said NO, YOU PUT YOURSELF IN MY PLACE!! I couldn't reason with this idiot. He just left the store unattended and felt that it was perfectly okay?? He showed absolutely no concern for my inconvenience. He is clearly in need of customer service training ?

I had the most amazing experience here. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Diana took my order and made sure it was made to perfection! Such a kind soul. Jose the manager is so funny. Totally recommend!!

this place SUCKS, i waited 30 mins for my ice cream just for my order to wrong. they “lost” my ticket just for them to get it wrong again after i told that stupid little girl my order AGAIN. they gave me bogo coupons for waiting for 30 mins AND now my order is incorrect

Nice hot and humid day.... I scream, you scream ... we all scream for ice cream! This is a walk up window ; where you order and pay and they call your name when it's ready. There are a couple benches and tables to sit and eat at. I ordered a waffle cone with butter pecan ice cream. They definitely didn't skimp on the pecans. Pecans galore in my ice cream. . Hahaha more pecans than ice cream actually and I was okay with that. Usually places skimp on the pecans and only give you the cream. My other half ordered mango sorbet.... Light and refreshing and hit the spot. Nice treat on a hot day! Parking is shared with other restaurants and stores nearby ; on the plus side it's free at least.

I am a fan of banana pudding, and Bruster's take in this classic did not disappoint. Full of soft vanilla wafers and that creamy banana flavor cream....soooo goodt!!! This will definitely satisfy any sweet craving. Only one thing I would do differently... skip the waffle cone because the ice cream is such the star. Definitely don't want any other competing factors!

Scoops on scoops on scoops! Perfect for hot summer days. The Graham Central Station was so good with added brownie bites. The ice cream was so soft and the consistency was on point. If you don't try the speciality flavors or the flavors of the week, they offer the traditional chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and cookies and cream. You can order your scoops in a waffle cone or cup (either one is good) If you want to enjoy your ice cream before you get in your car to go home or finish shopping, you can sit in the sitting area and soak up the sun

The ‘manager’ of the store was so rude. He overcharged me for a vanilla- chocolate shake and rudely said that they don’t accept Apple Pay.
