We just left from our worst dining in experience ...ever. When we first arrived we were greeting by a sign that said "seat yourself". We decided to try and sit at the same booth we first was seated years ago for our kid's first dine out date when he was one. While we made our way to the booth we were rejected rudely by the only waitress working that "uh uh, you can't sit over there I'm the only one working"...and walked away from us leaving us wondering where was an "okay" place to sit. Bad way to start our lunch. We decided to stay and ask the same waitress was it okay to sit in a certain area. Once seated, the waitress came by and asked us for our drinks order, which was really confusing because we already started to place our order through the table app. We decided to go old school and order through the waitress. We sat over an hour for our food just to be told "we don't have any cauliflower". My fiance doesn't eat meat and that was really the only thing she could eat from the menu. This would have not been an issue for her to select something else but the rest of the food was already at the table before we heard this news, and no type of compassion shown from the restaurant/waitress. At this point and time we just asked for to go containers and just left...would not recommend going to this location especially during lunch service.

Came to this location to watch a Caps game and have some wings. 1st, we had to ask them to change the TV to a Caps game, which is a local hockey team. Sat ourselves at a high top at the bar. The server came about 5 minutes later telling us we had to order on our phone, which I thought was strange. She wasn't very helpful and pretty quiet. We both ordered, and the server came back around like 10 minutes later asking if we ordered. When the food came out, it was ok, not as good as other BDubs I've been to.Also, there were like 6 people at the bar itself, and no bartender to be seen. Finally, she came around to serve a couple of drinks, and then I saw her and some other coworkers on their phones eating and drinking. They all seemed bothered when they had to get a drink or help with serving food.I would not recommend this sports bar to anyone!

I have been to this location 3 times this year. Each time, the front desk lacked anyone to greet you and service was slow. The people who do end up helping are friendly enough but on peak days (like the Super Bowl and then again at the start of March Madness), there should be ample staff, and there wasn’t.They have a no waiter, scan this code and we’ll bring out your food system. The first time I used it, I was miscellaneously charged for a bottle of milk well after the fact of leaving the restaurant.Most recently, I placed an order for mozzarella sticks only. Was told by the app that they would be ready 30 minutes after placing the order. At the 30 minute mark I go in to obtain my food and it’s not ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes in an all but empty restaurant for a single order of mozzarella sticks.Pack your patience or go elsewhere.

THE ATTENTION IS VERY BAD - COLD FOOD - AND THEY OVERCHARGE YOU. To begin with, there were no waiters at reception. I waited a long time, the waitress did not take my order well, (and she repeated it several times with me) I waited almost half an hour for them to bring me the wings and the waitress had not brought the drinks, nor napkins (she preferred to be on her phone ) We repeatedly asked for drinks, the food was cold, and when it came time to charge, he wanted to charge us more. I will not return to this place.

Waited forever to get seated. 10 mins after ordering Courtnee our server came to ask us what was our order. My order came back wrong. Fries were cold, chili and cheese were also lukewarm. Never brought us our drinks. My wife had to get up herself to go serve herself a cup of pepsi, our celery and carrots never made it to the table until my wife asked, my friend ordered a long island iced tea and it never got to the table, once he brought it up to to the waitresses attention she admitted to drinking it because she forgot who ordered it.Terrible service unfortunately for the first time I didn’t tip. The waitress had the audacity to call us out after all the errors she made.

This place smells awful. The moment you walk in. The tvs are loud because the bar area is loud, and they turn the volumes up to match that. We ordered some wings and chicken tenders. The waitress was slow and was the only one in the dining area. She didn't know what sodas they had and needed to look at the machine.
You gotta seat yourself order yourself then takes an hour for food to come and on top of that they bring like 1 item to you every 20 minutes, I was handed my Mac and cheese and wasn't given a spoon until 25 minutes after because there were no waiters to be seen and as I'm writing this 3 out of 4 people at this table are done eating while one of us is still waiting for their burger and drink do not recommend coming here horrible service and food please stay away

Arrived to pick up my to go order, nobody at the front desk. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a server, and finally someone pokes their head out of the kitchen to give me my order. The order was wrong, so I waited for 10 more minutes to speak to someone and then I got annoyed and left. Do yourself a service a just don’t order from here. Unprofessional workers who just don’t care. Also heard some foul language pretty loudly from the servers in the kitchen, so I wouldn’t bring kids here either.
