This place is always a hit or miss. They don’t like any transactions done at the counter now for some reason . They “strongly suggest” you use self checkout. They will come from behind the counter and make an elderly woman use the kiosk and watch her fail before then trying then ring her up normally . They also only care about drive through, I’ve watched completed orders sit for over 15 minutes because they are only focused on drive throughs. The food is … hit or miss as well . I’ve gotten a cricket once in the lettuce but . I’ve worked in fast food and I know the risks so it was what it was. I reported it but all Burger King said was “okay”Vegetarian options: A large selection of “Impossible” branded meats

The guy at the 2nd window, Darwin, needs to be fired. I asked for sauce since he couldn’t understand me while taking my order and said he couldn’t give it to me cause he can’t charge me at the window. He also forgot 2 items in my bag. How hard is it to look at a screen and fulfill an order? Embarrassing..

The ladies in there hate their job. "Turn around and order from the kiosk." They say . The lady wasn't even busy she could have taken my order at the register. Also they didn't give me one single ketchup bag with my meal. And they told me I have to pay "Nothing is free" . Those are not welcoming gestures. I like they wanted me gone and the moment I stepped in . I wont be stopping there anymore. I wouldn't trust people handling my FOOD with that attitude.

If you value your time and want to be on time for work, school, or any appt, avoid this place. Inaccurate orders, slow drive thru, and if you need to recharge your device while dining in, forget it because the outlet is garbage.

When they revamped this Burger King it was amazing. Now it's just a fast food, grease belching, I have to eat in a pinch kind of place. Really if it wasn't for the coupons I would eat somewhere else. Step up your game BKParking: Lots of itWheelchair accessibility: One door only

They charge you 30 cents for barbecue sauce or any kind of sauce no matter how many nuggets or chicken fries you get some of the waiters are rude and walk away from you while you're talking I recommend going to a different Burger

I have mixed feelings about BK…some days are great the others are pretty bad, i.e looooong wait times at drive thru and just always messing up the orders….HOWEVER depending on the day it’s amazing! The food is fresh and the fries are just right!P.S if you like your fries with no salt, order in the BK not drive thru as they do not take orders like that in there.

Never had good service so idk why I even applied! When I actually got the job it took them a month just to have me start and when I started they told me that they didn't have to train me and sent me out to the wolves alone until I got so frustrated I just quit on the spot and walked out. There was no teamwork at this location. I wouldn't trust the food at this location knowing how toxic and unprofessional the team members are.

So I show up at 736 pm and this place lobby is closed. How? The door says 10 pm and the line is not even moving for the drive through. Where is the upper management for this store? This is ridiculous. This is not the first time it's been issues with this burger King. Who is running this store?

Zero stars...0/10 would not recommend. Im not sure if they are trying to accomplish being the worst BK on the east coast but im sure they are in first placeSitting in the drive thru for 45min....then finally they can take my order so i can wait another 30 why...What takes 30/40min to cook at bk....thenn after waitinf the fries are cold and the sweet-tea taste 3days old....Please get new management and a crew

There are constant issues at this location. Fryer down, Internet down, items out of stock. The staff is often either unable and unwilling to resolve issues for customers. It seems like a management issue.

Came here on Sunday, October 1 and the people working the drive thru are idiots. The line is wrapped around the parking lot and the guy taking orders is rude! Won't be back.
