This location has the hardest chicken I've ever had. I've had negative experiences here two times in a row. I ordered the chicken sandwich and both the bread and chicken were hard. I can't recommend this location.

This was my first time at location and order a western sald. I was so disappointed, hardly any chicken at all. It was like little crumbs. I wish I looked at it before I got home. I went through the drive thru. I ask for honey mustard dressing and couldn’t believe the carbs and sugar. So if you’re watching carbs and sugar please read before using.

Spot can be pretty congested with drive-through cars and cars coming out of the lot.You are better off parking at the opposite side of the lot of Chik Fila and just walk in.Stay away from Chik fila Wrap. I definitely do not recommend bland taste. Your taste buds won't have fun.

If you look closely @ the receipt date 2/12/24 I ordered chicken egg and cheese instead of biscuit substitute for regular bun entree. I go this morning to order another one and they tell me is $5.30?!!!!!! I was like did you get my order right? I pulled to the window and ask for a manager to see if it’s correct. Aside from her being annoyed she left her station(granted is morning rush). I said if the prices are up it is what it is. I just wanted to be sure because it wasn’t the same price as 2 days ago. She did something on the drive thru station to see but she didn’t know why it was almost $2 higher just said “ that’s weird, and told someone else that there maybe an issue with the pricing & walked off without saying anything. I think her name is Cathy. The boy at the drive thru just said sorry and shrugged. This place had better customer service when Eric Snyder was running it. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPT/PRICES! Yes everything goes up but if the manager can’t even understand/know why prices are up, meaning MOD wasn’t aware of increase when normally they do. I can guarantee other have been charged more if this is a legitimate tech issue. - I did not get the sandwich.
