I know this is a new chick fil a, but surprisingly it was the second worse chick fil a I’ve been too! The sandwiches chicken tasted rubbery or wax like?? And it was a suspicious clump shape? Fries were good, but the service was interesting. The workers chatted amongst themselves very loudly. Won’t recommend or be going back.

Hi All,Had another wonderful experience at a Chick-Fil-A Franchise ???1- Food was delicious as usual2- The drive through team members were welcoming and serviable as usual.3- The food packing team passed the test as I asked for something unexpected, that was not in my order: no side eye, they handled my request quickly with a smile.4- Fast drive through experience overall.5- My meal was paid with points I earned in the app, don’t sleep on the app, get them points!!!Good job Team and Thank you!!!

There's a certain level of service you expect from Chick fil A, they simply failed to provide it. Perhaps more training on basic greeting and interacting with customers is needed. The food was decent as expected, but the service and atmosphere is lacking.
I went to this Chick-Fil-A one time. I've been to many different Chick-Fil-As on the east coast US. This is the first time I was greeted so poorly by the drive-thru staff. The first time I didn't hear 'My Pleasure' or a thank you as I left. I was very surprised as this is not how any other Chick-Fil-A I've been to operates. Not a good look which I presume trickles down from poor management of staff. Food was fine which it should be coming out of a fast-food shop, It's not like they make it there...Also, what has prompted me to write a review. I get it... you go to a new location you get e-mails trying to encourage you to come back to said location. This one location has sent me 5 emails every day since I have visited. I replied for a request to stop and surprisingly the emails got worst that evening... This is borderline harassment it feels, and I don't understand why this specific location has left such a salty image of the Chick-Fil-A franchise.

The workers were nice but once i got my order i was missing a drink and the sauces (and chick fil a is already stingy with the sauces ). Also it was the first chick fil a location ive been to that doesn’t give out the containers or even let me buy it.
