Funny the county clearly states take out does not charge for bags.Chipotle at the town center does not charge. Nor, does any other Chipotle I've been too.Chipotle at the town center also offers a first responder discount. Market place says Chipotle does not offer that.. hmmm... Do better!!! We deserve better!!!

Ordered a chicken burrito and wondered why my payment was different from usual. The young hispanic male who started my burrito said that I asked for Carne asada when I didn't. I pointed to and asked him what 3 of the meats were. Never at any point that I've been to this location have I gotten steak. I always get chicken. I only asked because the meat was so dried out (around 8:40pm) that I couldn't tell what they were. I even asked what time they closed and they said 11pm. Thanks to the femal who jumped in and offered to remake my burrito. If the English language is hard to comprehend then please leave the FOH duties and customer interactions with people who comprehend English and won't argue customers down. I won't be returning here, not because of just that one interaction but also because they were shutting down and cleaning stuff at 8 -9 when they close at 11( cross contamination.)I'm not interested I'm following up. My mind is made up. Your staff is rotating anyways. So following up won't make a difference.. it's 1/16/24..it happened around 8:40/8:50..I'm sure that you have cameras and can ask staff.

Poor service, broken machines, constant running our of items with no refills prepared. Manager seems under trained and unprepared. I'll drive Bowie Town Ctr or Crofton going forwardToo many bad experiences at this location.

It never fails. Whatever time it says they're supposed to close online, rest assured they'll be closed earlier. Baby, if you don't want to work, don't apply for the job. I've now seen 8 people walk up and shake the door handle to an establishment that's supposed to be open.

BUGS IN THE FOOD!Opened my container after ordering inside of this establishment to find a bug crawling inside of my food. I then closed the container the same way that I received it.With a bug crawling inside of it. After the staff member asked to see the food with the bug inside of it. She then saw the bug in person and on a video. The management and staff inside were not even a little apologetic for the inconvenience and health hazard at hand. For health & safety reasons I would not recommend this chipotle to anyone as it has been in quite bad shape for a while now.They also failed to inform me of what the next steps would be for example, if the contaminated food would be thrown out or if I would like them to freshly prepare my food due to this horrifyingly unpleasant and unsanitary experience.

We work down the street from here and order online pretty regularly for pick up. Every time we order online we NEVER get the order right usually all our food is not what we ordered. It’s ALWAYS INCORRECT. I am not sure why it’s so hard to read off a piece of paper ☹️ I can see a mistake here and there but dang man come on! I call the manager and let them know not to try to get free food but to let them know hey this keeps happening and I swear I am talking to a brick wall ? they have ZERO F’s to give in that place and it shows
