There is a reason why most of Bowie’s dollars are spent in Crofton and the surrounding areas. I ordered two kids meals including fruit and drinks and got two trays full of rice. At least two cups of rice each. No other sides. No fruit, no drinks. The quesadilla wasn’t even cooked. Whoever the franchisee is operating at this location ought to be ashamed! They’ll never get another dollar out of me. It’s a shame the way businesses are ran in predominantly black areas.

The cashier man tried to charge a $1.07 for an extra dressing -- never seen that happen at a Chipotles before. Maybe he was pocketing it or being a wise guy. That and other things (dirty appearance, unclean tables, messy bathroom, spotty food quality, and rude / unfriendly service) bother me enough that I won't eat there any more. And they go though employees like crazy here too. I think they should close this location. I've seen much better places. This one is evil.

Out of cheese, chips and pork on a Friday night. Ran out of guacamole half through. Didn't tell me until my orders were started. I asked if there was a discount for no cheese or queso substitute. Apparently that was hilarious because I was laughed in my face and cursed at in Spanish. Yeah I speak it. Rude customer service and no cheese is a sin.A month ago there was a 20min wait for white rice. Should of learned then to go somewhere else.

When my order was being rung up, I asked the guy for 6 salad dressings before he completed the transaction. I purchased 3 bowls. He ignored me and only gave me 3. When i repeated myself he said its only 1 per bowl, I corrected him and said no, its 2 per bowl. He proceeded to say, well we don't have alot so I can only give you 1. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM, he should have given me what he have. I'm able to see the tubs that are filled with dressings behind him. He decided to charge me for 3 more dressings and THAT IS NOT RIGHT !!! I'm requesting for a refund for the extra dressings. It seems as if he is making up his own rules, as he go along, it's UNACCEPTABLE AND UNFAIR. I will be filling more complaints, this needs to STOP !!! I do have my receipts.

I don't post reviews, however my experience here has been the worst. The line was pass the door when I arrived. They stopped the line taking in store orders to get to a rack of online orders. One dude was taking his time. Once the started taking instore orders again about 5 mins later, the same dude got backed up again with 6 bowls waiting for his station. He had to refill several bins while those 6 bowls sat there getting cold. Of the other 3 guys working the line, none of them helped the slow dude. The lady in line before me and a guy in front of here, both complained as well. I should have read previous reviews as I will never come back to this location even though it is the closest to my house.
This location loves to mess up my orders. Most of the time they forget my chips or tortillas, but recently. They forgot my chips by still gave me queso? Another time, they didn’t put guacamole on the bowl. Absolutely horrible.

This place is very busy but I believe the owner can’t see it. Staff works hard enough but it is obvious that they are understaffed. I’ve been there at least 10 times recently and there are very long wait times whenever I come here. I will probably grab something else instead from now on.
