This IHOP sucks early in the morning around 6:15 am . The young man sat me and my grandson at at table in the back near the window , which had ants moved to another table next to window that table had ants also. We decided to move away from windows. Our food was not hot coffee was warm not hot. I won't be patronizing this IHOP this early in the morning. I'll come around noon. Also very dirty Silverware, I asked for a cup of hot water to clean the silverware. Very disappointed!!

The food was good but that did not pay close attention to the order. I ordered the thick and fluffy strawberry and banana french toast and they did not give the strawberries or bananas. Also I only got one piece of french toast. Next, I put in the instructions to burn the sausage and they did not. Also they didn't cook my eggs well. the yolk was too runny. I would not do pick up again. Again the food was good, but they need to be more attentive.

Went there today with my mom I was reluctant but she insisted. Initially the food came out cold and wrong I immediately took my food back bc they didn't cook the veggies at all in my omelet & got my moms order wrong. The manager was great I can admit she made sure the food was cooked again which again I didn't want to happen based on me not knowing what cooks do back there the manager made sure the food was made again. It was better but now my mom is sick so I wouldn't suggest going hereThe manager is great but I think it's the cooks that don't care. The food took forever at first too might I add and it wasn't busy.

Don't Eat at the I-Hop in Bowie, MD: ------‐------------------------------------------ I reported this problem to Uber Eats.There was some type of trash, hair or material in my omelet. I almost threw up. How in the HELL did this happen? The foreign non-food item was in my omelet. I ordered my food from I-Hop on Uber Eats. I found the foreign object in my food while I was eating it. I feel sick and disgusted. I've never had this problem before in all the years I've eaten from here. I am so grossed out.

Dmitri has great customer service.I asked for the chef to put butter in the container with my pancakes ? so the butter melts.It was Done I was so excited lol ?.The food was good crispy bacon.
