Took 15 minutes in the drive thru to get ice cream and 1 large coke…. Only 4 cars ahead. This is by far the slowest fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Crazy slow

The tables were dirty, and when I asked the manager to have someone clean the table for my elderly mother and I she was very rude and acted as if I was disturbing her. The manager had black hair with blue highlights. When I first approached her I had to say hello several times just to get her attention, and then she just ignored me and acted like she was not a manager or that she wanted to help the customer.

Drive through process ran smoothly and my food was nice and warm. The gentleman working the window was pleasant. My only concern was that he had his phone laying in front of him. once he ran my card through the machine I observed that he held my card over his phone for a little bit to long instead of returning it promptly to me. He can't say he was waiting on the receipt because the receipt was in his hand. I feel that staff members should not be allowed to have their phones especially if they are working the register. 2nd guessing whether I will bd returning

Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been in. There are people here waiting on their order for more than 40 minutes, no engagement from the manager or any of the staff. They just don't care. The food coming out is cold and the orders are inaccurate. Unbelievably bad service. And we'll never eat at this McDonald's again, maybe never at another McDonald's anywhere based off this experience.
