I ordered meal 2c. I paid. At pick up window seemed confused. Asked me several times what I ordered. You ordered a 3...no 2c deluxe no mayo. Then they gave me a cheeseburger with lettuce on it.
This McDonald's doesn't offer free refills and your soda cup is filled in the back for you, I'm visiting from out of state and this location operates differently than what I'm used to, the prices are higher also, when I get back home I'll appreciate my local McDonald's

To the gentleman working the drive-thru window on January 31st 2024 at 11:40 p.m., Please understand that I too work in customer service and understand how hectic/overwhelming/annoying, providing friendly and efficient service can be.
