I almost took a star for customer service. The guy working the register seemed tired and agitated. It was my first visit and I had one question about the sauces. His sigh and response almost caused me to take my money elsewhere. I hope they fix the first impression! Hopefully, he was just having a bad day. The crab cakes were delicious (no shells, little filler). The fried chicken, fries and onion rings were pretty basic. They were all served fresh and hot. The macaroni and cheese was a little better than basic. I will return for the pricey crab cakes. They are the real deal.

A decent food spot to get a quick dinner or lunch. I throughly enjoy their macaroni and cheese as it taste better than generic Mac n cheese. The cost is also not too bad either. I would definitely recommend this spot.

I heard about this spot and immediately wanted to try it out. Getting right into the review- upon looking at the Alfredo I thought this is too small for me because I love to eat. Surprisingly, I was full after eating half, you get a meaty portion of salmon, the Alfredo itself and the sauce if SUPER FLAVORFUL! It hurt me to save some for later but I'm glad I did. The greens were out of the can y'all I hate that. But overall that pasta was banging and you will be seeing me again. Just don't order them greens lol.

Been a few times. Good food but not so great service. Also tried to get food catered and it's SO hard to get someone on the phone. It's difficult to even place an order. Wait times are also a little long but I will never complain about fresh food.

For starters my order was rung up Incorrectly I was overcharged and had to point it out the establishment was not crowded at the time I was the only patron. My chicken wings had to have been fried in the same oil as the seafood. Fortunately I am not allergic to shellfish but I also want my chicken to taste like chicken. mashed potatoes were as they should be, collard greens were average.
OMG !! The crab cakes were delicious!! Not a lot of back fin meat but very tasty . I didn't care for the the potato salad , too much vinegar and a strange perfume kinda taste - odd . But the owners are very nice and the CC's rocked !

If you haven't already, you MUST experience this place. You'll not find better fried chicken wings anywhere in PGCounty! I love that the food is fresh, not old or stale. This is not one of those "greasy spoons". The food is delicious, southern-style food prepared with excellence and care. I appreciate that there are a variety of appetizers, entrees, sides, etc. to choose from. My family and I eat here at least once each week. We've never been disappointed. I often get triple portions of the greens, mac-n-cheese, sweet potatoes and cornbread so I don't have to cook for a few days. And, the Catering is par excellence! I've talked to the Owners and they really put their heart and soul into the food they serve. I'm extremely happy to patronize this black-owned business right here in my neighborhood.

I recently discovered this place in Bowie with its great selection of soul food options. When I treat myself I usually order the catfish and chicken wings which come with a variety of flavors. Just beware that the boom boom sauce for the wings will kick you in the throat(hot and spicy). They also have great side dishes as well!
