First time trying Mezeh and I was very surprised and pleased with the service, the quality of food and the overall experience. I will definitely be adding this place to my normal lunch stops.

“Do not Recommend Coming here” especially for black history month, I was not treated like the other customers, This a very unprofessional place, it’s sad I have to write a Horrible review, when it was my second going here, my. First time here the food was good, the portions and customer service was good, my second time here the “ The Manager” made this a horrible experience for me, when all I wanted to do was eat and pay for reasonable size portion when she initially messed up my order by rushing and then try to scoop out the meat from my bowl and then left less meat that I was going to pay for extra because she messed up, so it was a most understanding but she didn’t want to fix that she just wanted to be right and kicked me out ounce she messed on another order I asked for and skimped me on the food, the manager was very rude, kicks people out if you go against what she feels is right, I was asking another employ about portion sizes and she told me I couldn’t ask questions or she’s doesn’t have the number for the person who owns this establishment but she works for them…. Do better

The white rice wasn't cooked. It was crunchy the whole time I was eating. What could they do about this besides give my money back? I didn't want brown rice. So I didn't say anything. You don't know what the ingredient names are because most of the labels are gone from the glass. While the lady was serving me, she knocked a sauce bottle over and splashed sauce on my pants. She barely apologized. Free drink or something? Jeez. I won't come back here. I love mezeh food though. This is a bad location.

I’m a huge fan of Mezah, but the location at the Bowie Town Center is sub-standard. They are typically understaffed (Two people working the entire store during a shift) there are always several food offerings that are not available, and their dining area is grimey. The floors are sticky, the door is filthy, the tables and seats never appear to be cleaned, the drink area seems unattended, and they never seem to restock the plastic wear. Moreover, the employees are mostly non-communicative. Not nasty or anything, just non-communicative. Their ‘order ahead’ game is also weak. I’ve ordered ahead, waited 20 minutes to arrive, only so they can start making my order after I announce my presence. Also disappointing was seeing the same employee wearing disposable plastic gloves and going back and forth between preparing orders and handling cash at the register. He may as well been preparing orders with the bottom of his shoes. The Mezah concept is great, this particular location is simply poorly managed.

This is better than Chipotle or cava!I highly recommend. The portions were HUGE! And the quality of each dish were fantastic. The meats and sides were cooked properly and seasoned really well with Mediterranean spices. I loved all the veggie sides... and they had a large selection.Everything was super fresh and authentic in taste! For 12$. This bowl lasted me 2 full meals. You can pile as much toppings as you want! And they were all tasty.?I highly recommend this place. Employees were super nice too!

My husband and I tried mezeh for the first time and it did not disappoint. We waited about 10 or so minutes for fresh spicy lamb kefte. You can order a bowl, wrap or pita pocket. Get the bowl! As you make your way down the prep line, you choose your greens, your rice then your protein (you can even do half and half to have two proteins). After that you add the toppings. YOU CAN ADD WHATEVER YOU WANT, including sauces. We learned that you can mix all the flavors and it'll still be freaking delicious. The bowls come with pita, btw. The bowl was so filling that I saved half for lunch the following day. Don't forget house drinks! If you want to mix it up, get one. Try them all while you're there. We ended up with berry watermelon but all will be refreshing depending on your day. Sorry for no picture!

This is not our first time at a Mezeh restaurant. We love all the choices and the freshness of their food. We also like being able to have as many toppings as we wish. We are giving a 4 rather than a 5 for two reasons: 1. The AC at this location was not working the day of our visit and it was hot 2. We did not like the shredded lamb

As someone with dietary restrictions, I usually find it incredibly hard to eat at new places on a whim. But mezeh has this wonderful nutrition and allergen guide to help anyone find the perfect meal. My shwarma bowl was amazing and I love their juice options.Vegetarian options: Most of their offerings are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: They have a guide to help with major allergens.

Very good exotic selections of salid food. Lamb, chicken, beef. Bowl selection was my favorite. Different condiments to choose from. Dining area inside and out. A must try.Vegetarian options: Kale, mix greens, Spinach, hummus, peppers, cherry tomatoes.Kid-friendliness: The personal was friendly and patient. Gave samples.Wheelchair accessibility: All areas meet a ADA Standards. Spacious isles. Comfortable hand rails. The glassed in shield allows the selections to be seen and identified.
