I was eating Naz’s once a week until one day the rice was so mushy, it was in soggy clumps. Made me sick, threw away the entire combo. Informed them of the issue. I guess they’re so “busy” they didn’t care to rectify. Won’t be recommending anymore, nor returning. Shah’s is better anyway.

I decided to stop in today for the lamb over rice. My husband is fasting, and I wanted to give him something different to break his fast today. There was a young caucasian woman who offered No greeting and she was not welcoming. Very rude… It almost gave me the feeling like I was disturbing her by being in the store and attempting to order food. I’m not even sure how good the food is at this point, but her rudeness alone will make me never return again.

Will not ever return to this place. There was a young Latina at the register today. No greeting she was not welcoming. Very rude. Just stared at me and asked me if I’m ready to order. She got my order wrong then proceeded to tell me I ordered a gyro when I ordered the platter. She just kept telling I ordered a gyro and threw the gyro in the trash aggressively. Its Ramadan I am fasting I wanted halal food to break my fast I did not come there to be treated poorly while fasting.

Paid almost $20 for food and double meat. Received this. Barely any rice under and low on the sauce. It just wasn’t worth the money to need extra and still not have it.
Food is good but the staff member (Caucasian lady) is very rude and lacks customer service skills this may not be the profession for her.
