I decided to give this location a second try but I'm really angry that I did. I'm out $20 and still hungry. I am a loyal Noodles customer and frequent several of their locations due to being on the road for work. I went to this one a couple of months ago and the food was really bad but I was in the area again and went back because I figured it was just bad day. Definitely not the case. I order the same thing every time, a small penne Rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken, not too tough of an order for a place with no customers in it. My receipt even says Parmesan chicken but I got some weird bland grilled chicken that has no breading or flavor. The pasta was absolutely horrible and disintegrated in my mouth. You can clearly tell it was premade and reboiled at least once, if not microwaved. I go to a Noodles location at LEAST once a week, and I have never, ever thrown away a full meal like I did today. It was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that actually cares about what they're serving people. They had no one else in that place and still didn't care enough to make sure I got edible food.

Just terrible!!! Food was cold, and didn't look like it was ever cooked!! Cheese not melted, and pit stickers cold as if they came out of the frige!! Disgusting, and I will never order from them again!! Didn't even get my coke as well!!

Be careful ordering ice tea. The top of the tea dispenser was full of fungi and dirty floating particles . Be careful purchasing fountain drinks . Spoke to manager regarding the issue and he failed to respond. I. I order from the Noodles and Company located in Woodmore Shopping Center.

I love this place! I live close to Baltimore, but regularly commute here just because of how great the service is. The food is good (I've never had any issues), and the store is spacious and clean.

I had a hair appointment in the shopping center and I knew it was going to be long. Noodles is one of my fav restaurants but it’s not prominent where I live so I just had to get my favorite dish; Penne Rosa! I was greeted as soon as I entered, there were no customers and my server appeared “bored.” Nevertheless he still was polite and even carried my meal to me when ready. Food was delish as always and I NEVER had a bad experience at any locations. Thanks Noodles

My first time eating at this restaurant ever. I got this dish called the Pad Tai with Chicken and Shrimp...and let me tell you it was Hella good my friends I would recommend this restaurant.
