And, if you're looking for a great deal, try the "Never Ending Soup and Salad. "Vegetarian options: The soup (minestrone, zuppa toscana), all you can eat salad.

The waitress was attending the bar and taking care of tables. She didn’t check to see if I needed more drink. I had to ask the busboy to get me another drink. She doesn’t need to wait on tables. She needs to just wait on the people at the bar.

On the way from picking up a relative who had just flown into town, she invited us to stop and have dinner at her favorite restaurant – Olive Garden. This was the perfect place to have dinner. Our hostess (Darniece Carter) was “simply the best.” As we were being directed to our seats, she greeted us. We immediately felt welcome and were glad we had chosen this restaurant. The customer service was beyond excellent. Though she was attending 3 other tables in the same area, she never skipped a beat. The experience was so phenomenal that I requested to speak to her manager. I did not want to leave without acknowledging her. Danny was the manager and it all fell into place. It trickles down from the top. Good leadership means that those that you lead will follow your example on how to provide excellent customer service. Well, Darniece Carter, thank you for making our dining experience a great one. Danny, thank you for making us feel like family in your restaurant. We can’t wait to return again knowing that we can expect to receive the same excellent customer service. See you all soon!
