I usually come to this location but this time it was bad. Pizza tasted funny. Similar to tasting the fridge odor in your food. I was also missing the additional peppers I paid for. When asked to have the missing item the cashier who just tapped all over the register went behind the counter and brought the peppers in bare hand. I also saw employees sitting on the bottom shelf of the prep tables with phones in hand. Normally when the main manager/lead is working everything is fine and taste good. This shift is making me reconsider ever visiting this location again.

Sorry to say, but the pizza did not seem like it was fresh. I'm used to a pizza that looks hot and juicy. The pizza I had did not look that way. It looked dry and old even when heated the same day it didn't taste fresh.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza and they told me that the driver was on the way to my house 30Minutes later I called again because mypizza did not arrive and the store manager answered me (well that's what she said she was) she yelled at me and told me that the pizza was not in her store in a rude way when the pizza arrived the driver had left it outside and since it was raining the pizza was left all wet a disgrace the truth is I don't recommend this pizzeria

DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Pizza was not fresh out the oven! All of our pizzas were luke warm, bread hard and tough. Like they rewarmed old pizzas. All of these negative reviews and they still providing bad food! Had I seen these reviews I would have never ordered from this location. Waste of money!

Ordered 2 large pizzas, cheeseticks and cookie. The cheesesticks were old and they threw cheese on top! To add insult to injury, they then placed the marinara sauce on top.

Management and employees need training, they didn't know where they delivered exactly. When the pizza was delivered it tasted like solid water, very bland and the pizza was disfigured.

I have been a consistent customer, ordering a couple times a month. However, the pizza I paid delivery for was a totally different pizza than ordered. It contained an ingredient I'm allergic to so I requested a new pizza be made & delivered. The manager told me they were short staffed w/ 2 people & it's faster to pick up. When I arrived there was 5-6 workers - so that's weird. I ordered a small pineapple & jalapeño pizza. When I opened the box it looked correct. However once home, I bite it & realized under the cheese was as many onions of 2 full onions, sliced up. I don't understand how you can mistake a simple order twice. The amount of hidden onions under the cheese seems to be done with a malicious intent. Who puts onions UNDER the cheese???? Not only that... I'm pescatarian and found hidden ham pieces in it also. Disturbed to say the least. Will not return to this location. Do better
