When I walked in there were two employees (possibly managers)sitting at a table talking (what looked to be about work) but they got up quickly to help me. The food was fresh and their service was great.

When I went up to the cashier to make my order, A pretty young african-American girl took my order, but by the look of her face, she seemed very disappointed, sad depressed. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. She made me feel bad for just ordering. When I looked across to the other cashiers, they had the same facial expression. None of them were smiling and this left a bad taste in my mouth please change that and work on it .

I order on the app and they still shorted me on my chicken. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she gave me big attitude after I had to make my oldest child wait for me to drive back to Popeyes to get what I ordered. The food is good but the service is getting out of hand.

The system charged my account however the manager tried to make me pay again. I showed him the charged and he said he wasn't going to resolve the problem. It feels like they are stealing money. Another customer paid for my food because I refuse to leave until they either refund me the money or I would pay for the outstanding money of $5.00 for the food. Very poor customer service. Be careful with your bankcard there.

They forgot my biscuits in my meal and had nothing out for the customers (napkins etc) had to ask for napkins sauce and biscuits. Sanwhiches were not very fresh. This place was bunk.

Ordered a combo meal, missing fries and an empty cup. Perhaps they want me to drive to the store to fill up the cup with soda.

I ordered the popcorn shrimp with Mac& cheese.The shrimp were hard, and dried up. They gave me rice and beans instead of Mac and cheese. The rice and beans had very little rice and very little beans, just liquid over a little bit of rice . The biscuit was hard. This was absolutely the worst meal I've ever received from a Popeyes.

THis one, last time I was here didn't have spicy tenders. And the service was so-so. This time, they had them, so I ordered a 5 piece, and I should have watched the girl put the chicken in the box. When I got home, I had 3 small tenders, cold and over-cooked. Every thing in the order was under-cooked, and the girls that work there would barely talk to you, and looked at you as if you were just another PITA before them. When I walked up to one terminal where a young girl was waiting and she saw me she just turned and walked away, and went on break. The girl who took and messed up my order looked at the other young girl with envy in her eyes, and you could tell she didn't really want to be there either. No one said even hello to me when I got there, and I thanked them for the food, I got a barely audible "You're welcome."IN addition, the area behind the counter was completely chaotic, and the server had no idea that they DID have the apple pies (she claimed they didn't, until the fry cook yelled that they did).Heck, next time I'll travel the 20 minutes to go to Bojangles in Largo. At least they're friendly, and the food is hot!

Buy here most of the time. But each time they alway try to ring up different prices and act like is was a mistakes. I think this part of it scam. Most of us don’t check out prices and is a very time consuming , hassle and frustrated. Going to another locations.

One of fast food chain that serves more attitude than food, so far I stopped buying at McDonald's in every Bowie branch, burger King along 193 laurel Bowie road and every taco bell in Bowie , and now this Popeye's branch, I just don't get it they come to work and they bring their huge amount of attitude at work, disrespectful and so unpolite, not being racist but the ones all the way in laurel Montgomery McDonald's are way different and they have Hispanic crew, they always smile and apologize, but here in Bowie they're the ones who have so.much guts to be angry at you, I guess I will add this place on my not to go list, and if we all customers keep doing this they will realize and maybe change how they run their business
