My son-in-law ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and fries and received a sandwich with salmon cheese and a fried egg with a salad. It was not the fault of the delivery service, because the right sticker was on the food container, it just wasn't the right food.This was at least the fourth time we have gotten the wrong or screwed up orders from this store that was clearly the store's fault. We will not be ordering from here again!

Our server India was very good and professional when my husband and I went during lunch!
we usually like this place. their south western chicken salad with side of sweet potato fries is our favorite. today the service and food was even better. usually we have to wait on the fries, John, our waiter brought us a pile of fries right off the bat. we split the salad between my husband and I, was pleanty I couldn't finish it all. cost us around 15 bucks. we will be back!! thanks RR and John.Today, Feb 3rd, I'm changing my review.Bad experience, service and food.We had to wait so long for bottomless fries, . she never came to ask us if we wanted dessert. it was my son's birthday, he wanted icecream. we got tired of waiting and wanted to get out. And then their payment kiosk got stuck. took a while fiddling with that to pay. our regular order of southwest salad didn't taste good as usual.

Second and last time coming here. Both times we have had issues with the service. If only you'd hire half competent servers who arent freshly out of rehab. Our server also tried charging us for an adult priced float. When I pointed it out, she very ignorantly told me that kids menu's were for 9 and under while the menu clearly states 11 and under. I'd get better service at a McDonalds.

We had India as our server tonight and she was fantastic. Food was great and correct (shout out to the BOH), she was awesome with our small kids and did not ignore them like some servers do. It's been a WHILE since we've been to a Red Robin, but based on this visit, we will definitely be back.
