I am sorry the place is not the same with the new management. They give you less ice cream for your money. The cups are hardly full. The last owner - Africa lady gave customers' their money's worth. What happen to her?

Visited the store and ended up with a bee in the bottom of my cup. Health department on its way. They told me they had an infestation of bees. Told me to come get a refund, told them it’s not about the money

Yummy yummy to my tummy. There is nothing bad to say about Rita's Italian Ice.The staff at this location are less than enthusiastic and usually have stepped away and have the windows shut in between taking orders. The parking for this location is very tight and congested.Nevertheless, I'll be back over and over again because I need my dose of Rita's.

Male owner (African gentleman) has a horrible disposition when dealing with customers. His wife and the rest of the staff is lovely however because of his nasty demeanor I will no longer patronize their location. I’ll take my business to Crofton.

Small walk up counter. Great variety of flavors, tasting available. Select your ice flavor and pair with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate gelato. Parking is limited in this location, but you can park in adjacent store parking lots.
