I cant comment on the atmosphere as we had a delivery order. The chicken was absolutely excellent and I look foward to having it again. All the sides were also 5/5 from the potatoes to the yuca and so on. Will surely be back for more and I have taken note of other locations so I can stop there if I am outside of Bowie. I think that says a lot right there!

I ordered ahead… got 1/2 chicken, Brussels and plantains. When I opened my food, it was straight up chicken no sides. When I called the only thing I was offered is to come another time and they’ll remake it… I don’t live in the area so I guess I’ll have to deal with it.. just seems like I wasted my money so I am salty lol.

Shout out to the regional manager and GM over at the Bowie location. This service is really good and I am a huge fan then brussels sprouts as they are cooked thoroughly and seasoned to perfection. I’m thankful for the flexibility and the service considering the order that I messed up They redid the order with a smile excellent customer service I would recommend thanks again guys!

Excellent food. We order from here weekly. I love the taste of the chicken and that it's not fried. I appreciate the sides, especially because they offer healthier options. The green sauce and the spice vinaigrette are so good. I do wish the sauce was made with better oil.

The restaurant had no other customers. I stood by the pickup sign right in front and all 5-6 employees blatantly ignored me and pretended to be busy for 10 minutes. I couldn't get close enough to speak to one.Two customers came in and they helped them and rang them up right next to me without speaking a word. I went over to the side where you order and I told them I was there for a pickup order and he told me to go back to the pickup area I just left. I told him I had been standing there for 10 minutes and nobody helped or spoke. He continues to tell me to go back. By this point I'm wasting time and my money so I leave. Why am I fighting to get service for a door dash order for YOUR customers?The customer service at this location SUCKS and is NON EXISTENT. The pickup orders are never ready when you get there. I'm sure if I got mean and disrespectfuI I would have gotten their attention but why is that the way? There is 1 gentlemen that usually helps but clearly he must have been off that day. This will be an auto decline going forward. Terrible. And not worth it.
