The customer service is wonderful, the location is ideal. My only issue with this Starbucks is their lack of attention to detail. No exaggeration, just about every time I order they miss key details and unfortunately have to remake my drinks. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of accuracy, consistency, and a controlled pace in executing. It will certainly save the company money, give satisfaction to the customer, and save all parties involved time.1/24I ordered a Vanilla bean frappe with chocolate drizzle, the young lady repeated my order back to me 3x and still got it wrong. They gave me hot coffee with caramel drizzle. Once again my order had to get remade because of the lack of attention to details. WOW…certainly my last visit here!

I came here because the one across the street from Harris Teeter was closed. I walked in and the cashier was having a five minute conversation with another customer. She completely disregarded me and I had to wait till they were done. My coffee tasted bad. My cheese danish wasn’t properly warmed. Bad service overall.

I order my drink and sandwich online they give me the estimate time and I went there after 10 minutes from estimated time. My sandwich was ready and getting cold but my drink wasn’t ready until I ask for it even I was standing there no one even bothered to ask me what I’m waiting for. Food is good but service is bad.

Deeply Reflect

Despite them shouting Good Morning to you as you walk in the door, that's where the customer service begins and ends. Sadly, this is the key location to my employer. Too many occasions of milk flavored coffee, wait times are ridiculous, 5-7 staff members working but they are just chatting while 1 makes the coffee. The music blasting at unnecessary decibels (that's why customer service is so bad, they can't hear). If you order in person, expect to wait 20 minutes as they process all the online orders first, plus some of them move at a snails pace. Honestly, I think they mean well, but they don't put emphasis on quality of the drinks and unfortunately, they don't listen or pay attention to the customer because they are too busy being social with one another.

The location off of Campus Way North has/had me hooked on Lattes, THANKS TO ASSATA!!! I must say there has been a few locations that I have visited since moving from that area...that has been hit or miss, BUT THIS LOCATION NAILED IT!!! THANK YOU FOR bringing back to life MY palate for great coffee!

I love Starbucks coffee ☕, but this is one of many times I have a really bad customer service experience, so many times I use to buy my coffee from the same store and they always gave a grown coffee and other times bad service, waiting more than others customers. And they just say sorry.Sorry that's not the compliment when they are doing something wrong. So I'm not happy with the service I usually received from the people work in that store.

This is the typical Starbucks that I run to for a quick coffee and sometimes a bite. I do like when I walk in, I am greeted by the staff. the drinks are quick for the most part , depending if there are not a lot of mobile orders. no complaints about this location as it is much much better than the Starbucks at Bowie town center.

This is the typical Starbucks that I run to for a quick coffee and sometimes a bite. If I could give no stars I would. After completing a mobile order, I went to pick up my coffee and egg bites while my coffee was done in a timely manner my egg bites took over 20 minutes. After being asked by one of the baristas regarding my order I explained to her I got my coffee but not my food, at which point she turned to her fellow employee and asked him about my order, when the employee told her it was food she said “that can wait.” They are in desperate need of experienced baristas and hospitality training! If you don’t mind waiting extremely long for your food and drinks come to this location…

Really nice little Starbucks. I ordered an iced matcha and it was definitely consistent with that which I’ve had across the chain. I went when there was no line, got service quickly and headed out. Store was clean and wasn’t thumping music like some stores do which was nice.

I normally get an iced Chai latte with sf vanilla. The one I got today left a metallic aftertaste. Weird. I dont normally go to this location. The guy at the register was in training, and he did GREAT!

Such a pleasant Starbucks trip. My sister and I took our 3 littles yesterday afternoon to this location after a day of shopping and outings (after we bribed them with "starbies" all day) the drinks were perfect and actually had what all 5 of us wanted. The employees were very pleasant and even helpful to the other customers inside. One of the best Starbucks trips we've had!
