I have been trying to reach headquarters because Starbucks owes me $16...and change. The reason it has been so long is because the coffee will not contact me again about the refund. Starbucks are you ripping me off..... Or maybe you are stealing my money which ever it is shame on you 1/10/24.

If you like your coffee brewed on the strong side, you can't go wrong with Starbucks. Disappoint that Starbucks stopped using the little green stopper/stirring sticks.

I had the pleasure of stopping by the Starbucks located in the front area of a Safeway grocery store. I ordered 2 medium medicine balls. I was assisted by an older fair-skinned black woman, she was pretty slow, but she made me the absolute best medicine ball I have ever had. So for those of us who are impatient like myself that may get upset due to slower past service, she took her time to do it right!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

My sister and I ordered three drinks and it took about 30 mins to get our entire order. When asked about the status of our last drink the barista was very apathetic and did not show any urgency to complete our order. I do not recommend this location if you are in a rush.

I do mobile orders so I can just pop in, grab my drink, and pop back out. I typically go in a few minutes after my order is supposed to be done, just to give them a little time buffer and so I don't have to wait (I'm normally going on my way to pick up the kids so I don't have a lot of extra time). About half the time, my order is ready and it's correct. The other half...it's not. The people are really friendly, but the probability of my order being wrong or not ready is high. I've gotten quite a few $4 oops cards from them (the $4 card they give you when they mess something up or you've been waiting a while), but I'd rather just have my order right and on time. Needless to say, I stopped coming here if I'm in a rush.
Who EVER Shelly is she was gone from the counter for over 20 mins which is very unacceptable. And I need someone to take action the employees in safe way called her 3 times on the speaker. This is what you call taking advantage of the position she has. If I was a bad person I could have taken her tips

This morning, they were behind on drinks! Customers were waiting patiently but one customer asked for a refund. Abby and here co worker started talking down towards this person and once the customer left they really started to talk negative. Unacceptable and Inappropriate behavior.

First time here and had a great experience. Their credit card machine wasn't working and could only accept cash. Instead of turning customers away, they took my order, asked politely if I had cash, and gave me my two coffees and a bagel on the house since I only had credit card. They said I could come back and pay them back later.
