This has to be one of the worst Starbucks. The staff are lackluster and the order ahead option is usually not available. You can see why when you go into the location as staff are slowed by conversations between each other and not focusing on the customers and meeting order times. I miss my old Starbucks in Woodmore!

Terrible experience at this location, this is the third time I’ve been to this location and the experience was horrible. They always appear overwhelmed with mobile orders, Uber orders and customers who are waiting. I waited for about 10 minutes just for a bagel. I even asked about it three times just to let them brush me off and move to another order. Then to finally give me my bagel that was sitting on the counter next to the toaster which was now cold.

Just want to shout out James who served me early Sunday morning. He was polite and friendly and despite getting pretty busy while by himself, remained professional. My drink was made perfectly too!
This review is specifically about Roz… this was the best service I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks and even other places. Roz greets you with a smile, she’s full of energy and super helpful! I would come back just for her!
