This review is solely based on the tumblers and not any actual food/drink items. I'm always so impressed with the wide variety of Starbucks items they have. Even items I can't find elsewhere! It's never crowded, and I love how I'm able to purchase my rumblers at the regular register as opposed to the Starbucks counter. This is definitely my go to for tumblers and mugs!

This is a really great Starbucks. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always fill my mobile orders very quickly. Today I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong store and they helped me fix the issue immediately.

I love Bowie, Harris Teether. The meats are always fresh. The staff should be commend for excellent services. Thank you Store Manager Jan! I love the Deli Service. Just need to work on long lines.
Worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks. Thoroughly disappointing. The worker was on her phone the entire time I was ordering. I ordered something they didn't have in stock and she snapped at me to quickly choose something else (no one was behind me in line). After I ordered a new drink, I asked for it hot and as a grande. She gave me a tall and made it cold. When I asked for the drink to be remade she claimed it was never my drink and that it was for someone else (again, no one else in line). I do not recommend this location at all.

The worse experience eveeeer.. she was rude and left me waiting for a while, I asked for a drink and add some stuff to it, she looked at me and I don't know how to do that drink.. I was f done with that. I said don't worried about and walked away..

I have never gone into a Starbucks that is like molasses in the am. My coffee is never right. Horrible customer service and attitudes. Had to return to get my cold brew coffee right and the manger was very rude. One of the workers told me to never ask for pumpkin foam again. She's was doing me a favor to make it this time and if I go anywhere else they won't make it the way I requested. Before I had to call corporate, I just refused to go back.
