It's 7:05 am, according to the opening time is 7am. The doors are locked. The lady behind the register refuses to unlock the doors. This location opens at 7am. This is the 4th time she's done this. She needs to be fired. I'm calling corporate.

They have quick service they like are very friendly, the place is very clean , the food is very tasty, the food a a good price. What I found is the bandwidth on their Wi-Fi is very weak so it's hard to connect and stay connected and you're using your laptop.

Dirty from floor to table and sills. Ordered taco Supreme with no tomatoes no sour cream. Gave dine in a bag instead of tray. Staff did not care about quality of food or service. Never going back.

I visited this location in the morning of 7/29 at 10am, and ordered a veggie crunchwrap and a cup of hot coffee and waited in the dining area. So a girl at the counter lazily told me coffee was not available but she could make it in 5 minutes, which I thought was fine initially. After 5 minute she "sort of" just said "Your coffee." after putting the coffee at the counter and walked back to the kitchen. I thought that was exceptionally rude. The so called coffee, turned out was just hot water that she probably rinsed from the coffee machine, and it tasted like hot water with a hint of coffee flavor.So this girl tried to pass off hot water as the Cinnabun coffee. Who exactly is the franchise owner of this store? I got my refund, but people used to get fired for this kind of behavior. I also remember seeing an underage child working at the drive through window several years ago.I'll avoid this place for now.
