This is my first time visiting this location. My google reviews are about the consistency of BRANDS as I visit Texas Roadhouse in Michigan. At appearance, the building looks like the brand that I am used to. whereas plenty of parking, other establishment customers also park in the lot which makes parking difficulty for Texas Roadhouse customers. I took guests with children as a thank you to dinner. The service was deplorable. It took an extremely long time to get drinks. I ordered a beer which didn’t arrive until well after the other drinks. We timed how long it would take to get the appetizer and stopped the timer after 20 minutes just after my beer arrived. The children were asking when they would get their food.
