I wanted to like this place, but they cut corners in everything from food quality, to service, to cleanliness.My crab boil was tasteless with the sauce just poured over it. It wasn’t incorporated at all. The crab legs were watery and flavorless.The waitress was nice, but slow moving and acting. We had to ask for things that should’ve automatically been provided.The bar was temporarily closed.The ladies bathroom was disgusting. This place needs an overhaul. 1-star.

Horrible customer service, the manager was not even on the site they all laughed when i asked for one, anyway i ordered to go because i work in the area but i wanted to sit down and eat before i went back i explained that to the server or front cashier and pretty much i needed my stuff in a to go bag so im not late, i didnt even get to my third shrimp and the server asked me to leave because i didnt dine in. lol now i wont be dining at all and i want a full refund anyways these people are weird i work in a restaurant if someone changed their mind about EATING IN OR OUT they accommodate not dismiss your paying customer

I ordered lunch from here today around noon. I got sick 4 hours later from the food. Now I have seafood poisoning. I feel awful smh. I should’ve not got sick from eating a green mussel seafood boil. Someone in that kitchen definitely didn’t clean my food correctly for me to get sick. The worst experience I ever had from a food place. I can barely move since I’m having food poisoning symptoms. I vomited up 2lbs of the green mussel seafood boil. I would like a refund asap!!!!

They have the worst customer service and management skills ever. And the food is not that good either they fry all their baskets hard over cooked food is the worst. When you try and call them to talk with a manager they will put you on hold for ever. Please don’t waste your money on this disgusting food eat at Jerry Seafood up the street they are the best seafood in Bowie. And they have mice’s running around the restaurant don’t eat there.

This place service really sucks!!Very poor service. There's no way I would go back. Straight out of what not to do in this business. We got there at 3:05pm, we were was told there would be 30 minute wait. So wait we did , finally seated, order a sweet tea that tasted like dish water . Now the rest of the oder was simple , fried oysters and fries, the other order was crabs and fries. Two other couples were seated less than 2 minutes after us. They orderedand were served there food food! We waited 30 to 40 more minutes, finally decided this was not the place for us. Bowie businesses have to do better. I will be posting a video of the Twisted Crabs service on Facebook and TicTock.Parking: Park been the the mall an walk . Nothing near by
