I ordered a smoothie during a shift change and the employee proceeded to lick potato chip salt from their fingers. After this, their hands were rinsed with water. I couldn't take it and left without my order. I won't be going back.

On 3/11 at 11 am I ordered a Banana Crunch Flat Bread. The cashier proceeded with the transaction of which was paid in cash. She had on plastic gloves while taking my money and giving me change in return. She continued to prepare food as there were no more customers behind me. I pulled her to the side and asked her why did she not change her gloves after touching both the registrar and money. She looked at me and said ok. She walked over and conversed with her fellow co-workers and they kinda gave me the side eye like I asked her to something that was out of the ordinary. I strongly recommend they change their food handling policy.....Dietary restrictions: Cleanliness/Hygiene
I never leave reviews but this time I just had to. The lady at the register was so rude. You can truly tell when a person is unhappy with their job. Not to mention I was waiting so long for my food because nobody told me it was ready and instead just left it sitting on the counter. I asked for a side of sauce and got a death stare before getting a response. Save your time people!! Don’t come here.

Every time I go to this location, I seemingly regret it. Kids did not make my smoothie correctly and told me because it was modified they cannot remake it. I tossed that smoothie in the trashed and ordered a new one. Something has to be done about the customer service at this location. Zero professionalism and zero customer service. What makes it even worse is that there is never any management at this location. I'm all for supporting blacked owned businesses when black owned businesses are providing good services. The owner used to be in the store when it first opened now she's never there and you can tell.

My Pomegranate Plunge is always made perfectly! The workers are respectful and friendly from what I’ve experienced, and when I order online it’s usually done faster than the time quoted. My go to food is the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla, but that chicken bacon ranch is pretty good as well. I’m thankful for my Bowie Tropical Smoothie. I’ve been happy with my recent visits and I hope these reviews start looking up for them!

Stole my money. Horrible customer service. Gave me an attitude when I asked why my food wasn’t ready for pick up when it was WELL past the pickup time. This location will tell you that their oven is broken and that you can’t have the flatbreads that you ordered and PAID for using their app and will LIE and tell you that you will automatically get a refund for it and NEVER give you the refund.

It's always a hit or miss when ordering online from here. Me and a coworker ordered separately today. They gave her a flatbread instead of the wrap that she ordered. Those are completely 2 different things and then for my order they did not even bother sending my quesadilla or my chips, only my smoothie. Of course, they never answer the phone and I'm still waiting for someone to respond about my refund request I submitted on their app. These ppl need retraining or pay attention!

Went in for some smoothies for myself and my family and let me tell you the service was a 0. The girl that took my order didn’t even acknowledge me, nor said “hi, how can I help you today?” Or “what can I get started for you”. Then when I placed my order all she said was “ok” didn’t even say “sounds good, would that be all for you?” THEN to top it off one of your other employees was goofing around on the phone, jumping up and down like it was a zoo. This is a business not a play ground!

I have never had trouble with this location until today. I ordered a chicken ceasar on the website. I selected for extra dressing because the salad is sizable. When I get there the young lady said my order does not include extra dressing and if I wanted extra I would need to pay. I say okay, I walk outside get my debit card and the phone to show her I ordered extra. She still proceed to charge me $0.27. Why when I get home, I have different dressings??? Make it make sense lord. Read the room. I had to go outside to get a debit card to pay for extra dressing which I already paid for. ? only to get different dressings. Is the employee making the dressing herself in the back or does it come out of her paycheck. I really will have to meditate before returning for THIS foolishness. I should've just made my own salad.

I ordered two of the chicken bacon ranch flatbreads and I got brown lettuce on both of them. Talk about disgusting and turning of my stomach! Don’t you check the ingredients before putting them out to be used? Highly disappointed and won’t recommend coming here.

I saw all the reviews but this morning I said to my self because of the low reviews let me give a try, unfortunately this place is very clean , the guy I met and he served me was very humble and nice , I bought detox island green smoothie, it was very 100% perfect no complaint , I will come back again this place is wonderful thanks
