This specific lady was very rude to me and my family. When we came in we went to the register and greeted her with a hello how are you. To that I didn’t get a single response not even a glance. We got nothing and continued to ignore us. We waited several minutes for even a glance up , we got nothing. Rather all of us got ignored she then proceeds to call somebody to help us. The next person came to the register to just stand there so then I told her we had an order & says nothing. Very rude.

I went today near 10PM walk in well first of all customer service was good well the guy in the cash register good friendly customer service.I will give him that but when they came for who packs the orders pack my order bad I was missing items and I'm like I'm not driving 15 miles back to get my missing item and to change my wrong itemI have been to other locations and had never had this issue .

This location has a real order management and quality control problem.It’s unfortunate because the staff is actually pretty cool and they can do a great jobs at times but they can not handle their order load at all. Orders are consistently late & quality is inconsistent. Even with the order coming well after its estimated time it can still be cold/cool but how, if it’s late? And I’m talking about in person pick ups not door dash.Hopefully, they can figure this out. They have been great in the past and it’s good to have one in the community. To me it seems that this location is under bad management, has bad operating procedures or maybe the door dash/ food delivery services are simply too overwhelming for them. I have grace, hope, and patience as a fellow business owner but if your seeing an area of your business consistently lacking, at some point you have to address it and maybe the owner needs to show up to this location regularly to really see what needs to be solved. You all can pull through, just give it some effort and even rethink the operating plan if you have to. Blessings!

Overpriced and you WILL wait for at least an hour.I’ve given this place so many chances because I love me some wings, but man, they fail HARD every single time. This time was the last straw. I ordered about an HOUR AND A HALF ago just for 3 dashers to cancel. Finally, a 4th one called and told us that they were informed by Wingstop that our order just got picked up. So, apparently they gave our order to someone else after we waited that long, sweet.If I could give -5 stars I’d probably give that. This place needs to be shut down, they’re absolutely garbage. Go to Americas Best or something, this place sucks.

First time at Bowie location and it was terrible. Order on line at 3:30pm for 5pm pickup. At 5:25 after waiting already 15 minutes I was told they were an hour behind! The place was packed, everyone waiting on orders expected before mine.

Well, what a disappointment. We got the foods late from a delivery. The foods are messy, missing items and all that. I wondering why wingstop hired non motivated employees. The rates says it all.
