“I stopped here to get some boba while I was shopping with my family and let me start by saying, I drink a lot of boba from a lot of different spots, and this was by far the best strawberry milk boba I’ve ever had. The tapioca was sweet and the perfect level of chewy, and the drink was so creamy and delicious. It tasted like real strawberry, not artificial. I’m pretty sure there was even real strawberry particles in my drink. I will definitely be going to my nearest Kung Fu Tea next time I want strawberry boba.“

“We came in with a party of 6 on a busy Saturday night and couldn’t be happier with the food or the service!! My 7yo asked for trainer chopsticks and while they didn’t have them, the servers fashioned some from a pair of adult chopsticks and a napkin! The smile on my 7yo’s face was just amazing! They were super personable and accommodating! Thank you for making my family’s experience great! We all Left stuffed and will be back again!!“

“After a few years I've become a regular here. They've definitely improved the bubbles and toppings selection. They also have a seasonal list which is great for the locals who stop by often to try new things. The customer service has also improved 10 fold. I always get a cheery smile when I come in and feel very welcome. I used to be pretty loyal to the other bubble tea places in the area, but they don't have the quality ingredients and consistency I've found with Bobapop. It's nice to see they are expanding in other places in the area since kentlands becomes a sleepy town in the evening, I can still go to the Rockville location much later if I'm craving some late night bubble tea (don't judge me“

“I am visiting in the area and was told to come here to try their mochi donuts. The donuts were amazing! They're both soft and chewy which is exactly what I was looking for in a mochi donut!! I got the churro, Oreo, ube, smores, and strawberry. My favorite was either the oreo or ube!“

“Service was helpful and quick. Love that the drinks are so customizable to sugar and ice level. Also appreciate having almond and oat milk alternatives for those of us who are lactose intolerant tolerant. Boba was perfect texture and taro milk had great flavor.“

“Great bubble tea location. I've been happy with all the drinks I've gotten here. Bubbles are nice and chewy. There are so many drink options, it takes me five minutes of staring at the sign to decide which one to get.One suggestion I have for the store: I think selling prepackaged sweets or baked goods (like melon pan) would be a hit. I often am looking to eat a small snack alongside the bubble tea, and it would be awesome to be able to get both from the same place.Parking: There's a parking garage directly to the right of the store.“

“I like the flavor of the bubble tea but not the texture of the bubbles. The bubbles consistency is more ‘gel’ like rather than mochi chewy. I’ve been here several times, so will have to see if I have the same experience if I come back.“

“Cute bubble tea place with plenty of seating. They have a variety of milk and fruit teas as well as slushes and signature drinks. Ordered a Thai tea and spicy popcorn chicken. The boba came out pretty fast but the spicy popcorn chicken took a little bit longer since it was made to order. The boba was pretty standard and comparable to other places. Popcorn chicken had the right amount of spice and a good kick to it.“
