Horrible customer service their quick to sell your food without actually confirming if the person wants to go ahead and cancel or not please don’t waste your money

2 star for it being cooked properly. Not enough food for what you pay and there was a lack of seasoning. As a Floridian I can tell you that this is mediocre and if you want real Florida style seafood you need to just go to Florida.

My husband and I travelled from Gainesville, Va on his birthday looking forward to eating some delicious seafood. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. Upon arriving at the Brandywine location, we ordered over $100 dollars worth of food and waited 45 mins for the food to brought out to us at which it was cold... we explained this to the server who took the food back to "warm up". We waited an additional 25-30 min for our food to come back out which was "Luke warm" at best. At this point we decided to ask for a refund and leave. Also to be noted there were 3 other couples that complained about cold food. And I must say that upon arriving at 2:30pm they were out of blue crabs, fried rice, sausage, and ice. Suggestion Crab Boss... dedicate as much time as you spend on your pop ups as your restaurant In Brandywine!

I visit Crab Boss today, Thursday-March 7, 2024 for take out lunch. The customer service was outstanding and the food was nice and hot. I had more than enough food to feed three people and the price charged was reasonable. I would like to Thank everyone that worked today around 1:24 pm, Great Team work Crab Boss!!

Hands down the best boiled seafood ever!!! Highly Recommended!!! Try everything you will not be disappointed!!! The owners are amazing, the food is amazing, the service is amazing!!! It's worth the drive or, in my case, flight from anywhere!!!

My husband surprised me with a crab boil and seafood macaroni and cheese. It was absolutely delicious!!! Seasoned so well and my gosh those potatoes were soooo good. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend if you are a seafood lover like myself.

Got there seafood Mac and Cheese and you would thing I ordered gold, 16.00 for a 1/4 container, I told my husband he should of given it back, never looks like they are open, no worries, will never be back, I have had Florida seafood, why would you want Florida when you live in a seafood state, don't understand.

We met at a public meetup spot in Norfolk Va. I think I expected the crabs to be hot but well worth warming up when I got home with them. The large jimmy buss downs were above normal. I love the sauce. I can’t wait for the opportunity to buy them again. So worth it. ???❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I experienced the crab boss traveling to Norfolk,Va. my buss down jimmys were everything that he has advertised. I am overly pleased. I also love the energy and excitement he gives So more pull ups to Norfolk,Va. don't be afraid to come during the week. Best boiled crabs coming from a steamed crab lover.

I used to come here years ago food was amazing ! I went yesterday and the food was horrible it was not fresh the sausage was old and the shrimp were soggy ! I paid $71 and I called them and stated that I wanted my money back . Not only was the receptionist rude but she wasn’t trying to do a refund or give me an alternative!!! I won’t be back . She told me that CrabBoss would reach out he has yet too DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
