though the manager was respectful imma rate it a 3 I spent 42.89 I ordered 5 items due to receiving my food because my mother gotten it I noticed I was missing my salad. before returning the whole order I tried to just get refunded for the salad the first time I called I got hung up on the second time I called I got hung up on the third time I called got a response the gentleman was a little aggressive spoke with manager she said she couldn’t refund the salad she’d have to refund the whole order though I didn’t wanna do the whole refund I ended up coming back to take the order back. honestly it was a lot going on especially for the Super Bowl I’m assuming. I do got faith they can be better with orders. wish them well in the long run.
I order from the Richie highway Brooklyn Park location and I always pay and ask for extra cheese. It will ask cheese it up and I say cheese it up. Every time my pizza has almost no cheese and is dry. I called and complained today. I also had to cut my pizza. I know 9 out of ten times you might have to slice it a little, but I had to actually cut it. Paid &30 and it was by far the worst I’ve gotten.

takes entirely too long for service, walk in there and they don't have stacked orders so it's no reason why orders ain't being completed. it's 4 workers FOR what reason? they also didn't call if they didn't click the done button on the machine. if they aren't doing online orders , they should inform all customers and sites. it said 1 hr to get done and come into there 1hr later nothing finished, No cluster just looking around as if they just took a break or got high on shift. totally unacceptable, just moved into the area and can't have good pizza. This location is absolutely horrendous. Delivery ALWAYS takes at least 2 hours, while my pizza sits at quality check for 1.5 hours, and pizza always shows up cold. I shouldn’t have to put my pizza in the oven to warm it up each time. I am done ordering from here. Delivery drivers are always friendly though.

I always order ahead in the app or online. It shows you what stage in the process it's on then let's you know it's done. So all I do in the store is give my name and go with pizza's. Can't understand why people be there ordering. Not to mention the points that lead to a free pizza. So I can't say much about the store except it has seats for you to wait on your order.
That's a rubber band . They literally left a rubber band in my pizza . That's sick, disgusting and foul. Why tf is there a rubber band anywhere near my food to begin with. This place is triflin.

It took 2 and a half hours to get here after only ordering 3 things and the worst part is I live 0.8 miles away from them other then the great delivery driver food is poor and wait time is ridiculous

Two stars are for the excellent service of the delivery person. If I was giving stars for just the food, it would be zero. Both of the pizzas were overcooked, dry, and haphazardly cut. As was the chicken parm sandwich, plus half of the filling was off the bread and stuck to the box. The only thing that was ok were the bread sticks, but then it is kind of hard to mess up breadsticks. Whoever cooked and prepared this food needs to be retrained or fired because it definitely appeared that they don't care one iota about doing even a halfway decent job. Super disappointing!!!

I love Domino's but I do not like having to call the store and I have been trying to order for months online and have been booted off saying that this store has online order issues. Please fix this.
