Pizza Hut is great if they use Uber sometimes how come they don't carry change with them at least it's what the Uber driver said to me other than that it was
Just order a pizza online well the thing didn't go through so my wife calls said she forgot pepperoni so looks like they threw the pepperoni on it and they are over cooked the pizza is burnt its disgusting the

I called to tell Jack the manager that I got no soda and wrong pizza . I said will I have to wait another hour cause I waited one already he said yes I said well let me get a refund and the food delivered he said it’s a new policy that we give credits I said no my brother that’s a lie and consumer laws place grace and mercy as the key elements , the least you could do civilly is return my money then still bring the missing products I originally bought and paid for and as a business owner I’m not trying to lose repeat clientele over one issue I chalk it up make amends and return the relationship back to normal due to my error of course I want to credit or compensate the client , a customer is a one timer a client is long term remember that . My girl and myself order from here at least weekly , what a shame to lose that revenue given the absorbent amount of money you charge for doe, sauce , probably not cheese and light amounts of toppings , I will just go to another location from now on .
