We went today because our past experience was brilliant. The food is tasty and well cooked. Sadly today the service was a big 0. There was only 1 waitress and she kept forgetting the things. We asked for bowls which came after we had taken our dals and veges in plates. We asked for extra naan which was not there for next 20 mins, upon asking she went inside and reminded them again. By that time our dals and veges was cold and we filled ourselves with rice and lost appetite..there were only 2 other tables guests. Even on weekend it was Understaffed, the girl was barely able to cater those 3 tables. If you can’t manage even 3 tables then just don’t open for dinein.. no complaints with food but service is pathetic and extremely disappointing..

Inconsistent, sadly. The first time I went here, I really liked it. But having gone a few times, I’m no longer a fan. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes feels like 3-day old food reheated in a microwave. Sometimes good balanced portions, sometimes 95% rice. And they have a tendency to overcharge off of the listed menu price.

I had been to Biryani Joint Indian Cuisine with great expectations, turned out be a "VERY BAD/WORST" experience in every aspect of Food, Service and Atmosphere. The management is very arrogant to take to any feedback and at the same time She is arguing .1. Menu Prices and Receipts Prices does not match (EX. Pepper Fry (Goat) in Menu $14.00 and in Bill $21.99,). It is a rip-off.2.Ordered the Pepper Fry (GOAT) as very bad half cooked.3.After I had my Talapakam Biryani and Chicken 65, looks like I had food poison (vomiting’s and loose motions).I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - to BLOCK the “Biryani Joint Indian Cuisine" from you GO-TO list.

This was one of the good places to dine in , but my last experience couldn't be any worse. The food was terrible, we ordered Manchurian, Kadhai Paneer, Garlic Naan and Mango Lassi. The customer service is even more worse.

If you are ordering non veg be careful about the meat, both chicken and goat were rotten and really smelling bad.

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because the food was very good. I got the Chicken Masala and I really liked it! However, if I were to take the service into consideration, it would be a 3 star review.I have a few recommendations for the establishment. When a customer walks in, have the staff greet them as soon as they notice them. “Hi! I’ll be with you in a second” always works great. I saw that the employee was busy so I didn’t bother him but any kind of communication that he noticed me at the register would have been appreciated. He walked past me multiple times. The employee didn’t say a word to me once he finally made it to the cash register. Without a word, he just looked up at me and waited for me to order. Typically employees say “Hi, what can I get you?” when taking an order. Maybe he was having a rough day and I understand that but customers do remember these little things, especially when it is a family owned business. Also, I ordered for takeout and I didn’t get napkins or plastic silverware.Overall, I really liked the food and I am the type of customer that will return for good food, but I believe that if you teach your staff basic customer service, your business will really flourish and you will 100% see a positive difference in your reviews.
