Ordered over $50 worth of food through Uber Eats. They forgot to put one of my subs in the bag. I contacted the store to let them know and they were very rude and unapologetic. Never again.

The service is horrible! I went in and order my food. After I ordered my food I wanted to purchase my food with a GIFT CARD. As I was at the register the older Spanish lady that was ringing me up for my food idk if she didn’t know what she was doing. She scanned the gift card she said it wasn’t scanning that’s fine. I asked her if she can type in the gift card numbers she said No!. I asked her several times to type in the gift card numbers. She refused to. I went over to the young lady that took my order. I asked for a manager everyone look dumb founded like they didn’t know who the manager was or the name of the manager. Apparently the older Spanish lady that was helping me she was “supervisor” she can’t be supervisor if she don’t know how to type it GIFT CARD numbers to complete an order. The young lady that took my order she ended up typing in the gift card numbers for me. I don’t understand why the other lady made it so hard for me when I’m just a customer trying to pay and get my food that I ordered. The order Spanish lady gave me really bad customer service very rude she didn’t want to help me resolve this issue at all. She gave me hard time, very rude told me she couldn’t help me with my gift card. She shouldn’t be a supervisor really bad customer service!

This use to be one of the beat locations to go to but after today I don't now. They got my order wrong after it took me 10 min to order it. Why do you ask for names if your not going to use them, just overwhelming and a lil mad cause this service never was like this..

Overall terrible experience. Ordered online for pick up and it took over 30 minutes past the expected pick up time for it to be ready. Multiple people were stuck waiting for their orders. Not sure if the staff are new or just incompetent, but this is unacceptable.

Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Jersey Mike's today. Couldn't even pick it up through the ocean of mayo...barely any veggies. Hands down most inconsistent location.

Love the Philly cheesesteak. Being from Philly, it’s the only place I came get a decent cheesesteak locally.
Usually order from here monthly but today's order wasn't right and barely edible. Sandwich wasn't made the Mike's Way, no oil, no vinegar, no tomatoes, just not good. If I had time would take it back but my time is worth more than returning a sandwich. Please make it right, wish I could get my tip back.

The girl that took my order got it right but because I didn't kno the numbers of the menu and the cooks made my sub wrong I made her feel like it was her fault because I didn't understand the menu. I felt like crap after. It wasn't her fault. Her name is Treesy?? She handled it very well. We need more people like her. I'm sorry again hin.
