I order coffee on my way to work daily, but on some occasions, I'll order something to complement the coffee. I specially requested chicken McNuggets. I got to the window, and the nuggets were there but terribly warped from microwave heating. I asked the agent if I could get a special order and was told to pull up in one of the numbered spaces for customer service.
