The outside doesn't look like much but the inside is cute and the food was terrific! Our new, local go to for Sushi since we lost Yirasai. Recommend!

Changing my review: today I had to call four times to get through to place an order. Each time I called, the answering machine picked up and immediately put me on hold. After sitting on hold for 3 or 4 minutes the call disconnected. On the fourth call, someone picked up.My order had 6 things; one of the rolls that I ordered wasn't included (even though I was charged for it). I didn't discover the issue until I got home and was not going to go back just for a roll.

The weather was beautiful today, and flowers were blooming. And this little cozy place was perfect for me. The chirashi bowl was very satisfying... the fish was so tasty and fresh! I don't think anyone can beat this price with the quality of chirashi here. What a surprise... that I could trust Yelp reviews once again :)

Cute hole in the wall that totally shocked me! I was not expecting such a beautiful ambience and such delicious sushi based off of the building from outside. Sushi N You was totally worth it and I will be coming back! I totally recommend to others as well!

On the way home from the airport, my family stopped by Sushi N' You for a late lunch. They shared a parking lot with other businesses (dry cleaner and convenience store) in the strip. There's additional parking to the left side of the restaurant. Sushi N' You is a cute family-owned Japanese restaurant that specializes in sushi (in the form of sashimi, sushi, and rolls), poke bowls, and rice/noodles. They also serve green tea, mango, and strawberry mochi ice cream and tiramisu. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. For drinks, we shared a 15oz of hot sake. In addition to the hot sake, I also had hot green tea. For food, we shared three appetizers (e.g., Avocado Salad, Calamari Salad, and Appetizer Tempura), two entrees (e.g., Sashimi Deluxe and Yaki Niku), and two rolls (e.g., California Roll and Florida Roll). Our meal came with a house salad dressed in sesame dressing. The Avocado Salad wasn't what we expected it to be but it was still delicious. It was basically a house salad topped with freshly sliced avocado. The Calamari Salad consisted of sliced squid and assorted veggies marinated in ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil. The Appetizer Tempura consisted of two shrimp, broccoli, string bean, and onion tempura served with a savory dipping sauce. The Sashimi Deluxe consisted of 16 pieces of assorted fish including mackerel, octopus, salmon, sea bass, shrimp, surfer clam, and tuna. It was served with a lemon wedge, pickled ginger, and wasabi. I liked how the sashimi was fresh and thickly cut. The Yaki Niku consisted of marinated bulgogi cooked with broccoli, carrots, and onions served with white rice. The California Roll consisted of sushi rice, seaweed, crab, avocado, and cucumber. Due to sensitivity to spices, we had the Florida Roll without the crunchy spicy salmon. Our Florida Roll consisted of salmon and avocado roll topped with seared salmon and finished with a sweet sauce. By the end of our meal, we were too full.
This will be our new go to sushi place. Tasted very fresh with high quality ingredients. Fabulous presentation.

The freshness of the fish and price are hard to beat. You won’t find quality sushi for this price anywhere in the area. Did take out today which was freshly made very quickly. Super cozy spot to dine in as well, which I will do next time for dinner. My absolute favorite new spot in CJ.
