I have ordered door dash from this BK and got mozzarella sticks without marinara sauce in the bag. Meh, mistakes are made. Went through the drive thru recently and didn't get chicken fingers that I ordered. Did not know that they weren't in the bag until I got home. I got multiple barbecue sauces for them.I don't frequent any fast food restaurants but went back tonight and told them about my missing chicken fingers(receipt on hand) the previous weekend and was told that I should have came back that night to get them. I understand that we are human and everyone makes mistakes. I was not given the benefit of the doubt. I'm not a liar! I can afford to buy chicken fingers again. Just wanted what I had previously paid for. Benefit of the doubt would have been nice.

Cold food, employees no habla English, which made some customers frustrated and orders were wrong for a lot of people. The atmosphere was very awkward, and employees didn't want to help people. They sure like their cellphones, though.

Terrible service. Only a couple people running this place. You could be standing there for 5 minutes while they take care of drive thru.
