Our experience here has always been good.A year later and I will never come back.I ordered a side of refried beans and they charged me $5.00. For that price, they should have tortillas with it. The other Mexican restaurants charge under $3 for a side of beans.

We arrived at this place after our kayaking adventure. We were very hungry and we were told this place had good food. First impressions upon arrival was oh, that's cute. Our server was very nice. We started with complimentary chips and salsa and what I thought was queso. It was not. I almost gagged. It tasted like ranch dressing gone sour. Do not eat it. I had the chicken enchiladas with a side of guacamole. It was eh, fair. Definitely nothing I would say was yummy. I was hungry and it was edible. The guacamole was pretty good.

Came on a Wednesday night two hours before closing. Staff were friendly and very fast, and they didn't mind me reading a book and eating slowly. I enjoyed the casual welcoming atmosphere. And cheap beer!
