Wanted to say the young girl who handled a horrible customer, who did nothing but complain handled herself very well. I personally wouldn't have given the woman a free breast just because she wanted to complain. She should have just been kicked out and asked to not come back.

I lived in Louisiana for years. And I've been to Popeyes from Louisiana to here. Can I find this Popeye's here in Cambridge one of the fastest I've been to getting orders together. Young man in there working as hard as he can to make sure everybody gets their food at a fast pace. Good job

This was the rudest experience. We stand there for a solid 5 minutes while the manager completely ignores us - I'm certain she was deciding between helping us and putting her head in the fryer she looked so miserable - we ask for the bathroom code and she says after you order you'll get it on your receipt.... And then continues to ignore us. When she finally comes to take our order she literally says "ok, what do you want?" Someone give that lady a hug and Popeyes, get some staff preferably some that don't hate your restaurant.

This location needs help every time I go , I probably go ever 1 time every 2-3 months. Today they just put wrong pieces of chicken I pay for in my combo box, could weeks ago they said they won’t have fries for 3 days , and the first time I went here months ago they don’t have sweet tea. This Location is lacking a lot. They need help bad.Parking: 15-25 spots available , not wheelchair accessible though.

I was pleasantly surprised!! The food was hot AND fresh!! My attendant was very pleasant and my wait wasn't forever. Thank you corporate for doing what needed to be done for this location. I hope it continues. Great customer service!!

For a fast food spot, the chicken was hot and fresh. Every Popeyes doesn't taste this good! I had a large order for a 20 piece dinner + 6 apple pies. I only waited 10 minutes. Thumbs way up for me!
