The bar tender Day I think that is his name was very distracted. I sat at the bar and it took someone maybe like 10 mins to come over.It was enough time to look over the menu and we started to order. In the middle of taking our order, Day stopped and took someone else’s order who wasn’t even at the bar just walked up. That’s probably why we only received one of the food items we ordered. We waited and waited a good 20 mins like where is the other items. We asked Day and he said I only heard wings and your drink orders. I’m puzzled because he repeated what we wanted before he walked off, we ordered drinks that took 15 mins to come and when it did it had so much ice that I was hardly drinking anything. I had to ask Day for less ice. Overall I had a good time because of the entertainment and the wings were very good. The service tho could use some work.

It was ok. Saturday can be busy definitely recommend reserving a table before going if you plan on eating. When we went we wanted separate checks but for some reason nobody including the managers knew how to do this. We paid separately but everything was on one big receipt I didn't understand that. The sever Laurlyn was cool we tip her ok. The food was the highlight. It's alot of staff and some were just standing and not doing anything lol.

I reserved high table seating for 10. Our seating and tables were ready about 10 after my reservation which was fine. The food, environment and waitress was wonderful!!!!!!! I was able to sing Happy Birthday to my son no problem he was a happy camper!!! Afterwards they played games n had a fabulous time!!!

The old lady bartender with locks was very rude! Thanks to the manager for helping us get our drinks after being told " im not serving none of yall mfs " for no reason. She dont need to be there if she dont have good customer service skills.

The server cleaned off the tables wearing no gloves. She took her time on everything. I asked for salt and pepper and never got it. She had our 3 tables in a row. When we were done she closed out table 1, skipped our table and went to table 3. When we got her attention again she said wait a minute. Then left our area to go clean other tables. So we sat just waiting on her for about 10 minutes. The playing area was decent. The lady at the front desk area did get me to up sale for more points. She was very nice about it too.Parking: There's a big parking lot surrounding this building.Kid-friendliness: This is for the kids.
