This is the single most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been to. The employees legit never clean or wipe anything down, the bathroom smells like raw sewerage ALL the time and it also never gets cleaned. Usually blood or fecal matter remains on the commodes. The employees ignore you and the food is never fresh or cooked correctly. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

Honestly one of the worst in the area. Ordered DELIVERY through the app, and then the order gets cancelled a few minutes later.Call delivery support and they say that the store cancelled the order.Call the store and they try to tell me that the order was probably put in for lobby.Nah. Y'all just suck and hate making money, obviously. Would do 0 stars if possible.

Food that I got was fine. But they really need to quality control their radios. They missed some nugget meal I ordered but somehow got the add ons right. This close to a freeway doesn't allow for turn backs when your on a road trip.

I got here in 15 minutes. I've been waiting for 20 minutes. The order includes 1-cheese burgers 2-Apple pie 3-drinks, three types in total. Only one of them will be cooked, two of them are already ready and I waited 25 minutes for it. The employees inside do not see or hear anyone. These have nothing to do with business, just Drive Tur,a. They try to serve very slowly and they don't want to do the packages so they leave it to the end. Do the Mc Donald's officials know about this? I don't know if the orders taken from there cost money and the packages are free. Customers who order from outside rightfully send messages to the drivers or call them on the phone to ask where my food is and whether there is a problem! The customer is calling McDonald's and they are not answering the phone. The doctors, nurses and other staff working in the hospital and those working in the factories during the night shift are telling the drivers that they cannot buy food with the money of the security guards in some buildings and that they are waiting longer than necessary. If the drivers wait too long, their other orders are canceled and therefore they have to cancel the order they cannot receive. The service provided to people in this restaurant is completely zero. A solution needs to be found urgently. Also, God heals things from there, that is, the new order is kept in the same queue as the orders placed via mobile phone, well then we ask, order first, what is the point of this? After waiting 40 minutes, a distinction is made between those who order directly from the restaurant and those who order via mobile phone, the packages are left last... customer rights It means violation and disgracing the customer with their money.
