Usually stop pass this location when im near. Today right after lunch rush the lettuce was visibly with brown spots so i asked for fresh lettuce. The spanish lady who is very nice said that they didn’t have any fresh lettuce for another 30mins. This is never the practice in a better neighborhood Subway. If the lettuce isnt fresh then why is it out for consumption? Unfortunately, i will not return or recommend this location after this transaction.

I went to subway yesterday and got a 6 inch. my sandwich was nothing but bread and lettuce mind you, when your there ordering they have some metal thing blocking all your food so you can't see anything, long story short there wasn't even enough chicken to fall out ones you opened it. I could literally look at my sandwich and see flat bread and it was Italian herb and cheese . I love subway and had a long day yesterday just wanted a nice sandwich and this maid it even worse. I even tried to eat the sandwich and was just chewing on bread complete disappointment.

The manager/owner is trash! She canceled my order and became combative when confronted about it. Instead of offering a solution she was dismissive and rude. All of this because I sat down first instead of going straight to line. Once I noticed she was watching like I was going to steal I told her I would in fact be ordering. Before I know it we are in a full fledged argument and police were called. She proceeds to lie and only offered up a resolution once being demanded to by officers. When leaving several people near by stated she doesn't know how to treat customers and I now know it's true. A refund was issued and I'll never patronize this store again

I placed a delivery order that got canceled, I called and realized it was because my phone number was wrong so they couldn’t confirm. I told the lady that I fixed it and would place another order. She said ok. I placed a new one, they NEVER called me, and canceled again. So I placed a THIRD order and I called them immediately to confirm. They declined my call and I left a message saying I just want to confirm it so I can get my food and left my phone number. They canceled my order AGAIN in under what was like 5 minutes. I kept trying to reach out and they sent me to voicemail every time. Wasted over $60 dealing with these people that hopefully I’ll be getting back. I’m not ordering from this restaurant again if they can’t even be bothered to work with their customers to resolve a simple issue.

I purchased two subs through the app (as I do a few times out of the week). I go I and I show the clerk my phone.... She looks me up and down gives me a series of verification questions. After answer her correctly about my name and exact order she then asks me for ID. Identification to pick up my lunch... even have you heard of such a thing. I showed the clerk my app in my phone with my complete order receipt, email receipt, and even opened up my bank app to show her my purchase. I just so happened to have just ran out without my purse because my order was paid for and didn't have my wallet on my because I live literally up the street. This was so humiliating! The manager and clerks response was that they can't trust the people in the area (predominately black neighborhood). I have yet to speak to the owner who has still not returned my many calls. The store has actually stopped answering at this point.

The food cost was to much for a 6 inch cold cut sub $10.00 . I just went on a paid for it. There are better places to eat from. Subway has nothing worth $10.00 There is a much better place by the name of Carl's in N.E Google it. I was there last week. It's worth the ride

Not sure why I was getting asked what's the difference between how many cuts my sandwich has when I'm the one that's going to be eating it but I had to walk out without the sub because it was made in a way I did not ask for. I may try again in the future but for now I stand by my review.
