The male worker at this Subway was very rude and never honors any coupons Subway prints out. For example, I had a buy footlong, get one free coupon. My son wanted The Great Garlic sub. Bacon comes on the sub, as listed in the ingredients that is advertised on their menu. He tried to say that this is extra and there is an additional charge. He also said that the coupon does not cover this. I told him that my son didn't request extra bacon, he just wanted the sub as it was listed on the menu. He got very nasty with me, and I told him that I would report him to the corporate office and left. I went to another Subway and they honored the coupon and these young ladies were very professional and gave great customer service. The restaurant was very clean and the food was neatly organized. DO NOT SUPPORT THE ADDISON ROAD LOCATION!! The man is very rude to customers in our community, doesn't honor Subway's coupons as written, AND CHEATS and ROBS CUSTOMERS BY OVERCHARGING FOR ITEMS THAT AUTOMATICALLY COME ON THE SUB!!

There was only one employee and I asked him why he was working alone and he stated that Subway does not pay well and that's why it was just him. He was very friendly up until I gave him a coupon I had received in the mail for a $6.99 footlong. His smile turned into a frown and he tried to tell me that the store didn't take coupons. I then pointed at that coupon scanner and said, "really?" He then told me to scan the coupon and was clearly upset that I used a coupon. The sandwich was good but Subway should not give out coupons if they don't want to give the discount.

I placed a online order which was set to pickup at 9:50pm, the place doesn't close til 10:30pm. When I arrived to the establishment the door was locked and not a employee in sight. I knocked on the door and the one guy literally came out and ignored me. I sat outside the establishment until while he was on the phone, he then proceeded to make a sandwich and then looked towards the door. He finally comes after I was waiting for 15 mins to get my food, and to make things more annoying he then made it difficult for me to get my order. I told him my name several times and showed my order. He then gives me my food and I had to get my drink on my own. To me the guy was really rude and I just didn't understand why the establishment was the only one that shut and lock doors and all the other establishments around it you can enter. I don't recommend this location to anyone, and even though this location is very close to my home I'll be driving to ritchie station instead
